Love this video, it inspired me to have a go. I discovered that for a learner I'm actually reasonably good at drawing fish! Maybe it helps that I've been drawing the type of fish I used to catch when I was younger. I've been drawing them on plywood which gives them a different look.

Wow Prerna, This is captured so realistically! I tend to stray far away from subjects that look complicated because I focus TOO MUCH on fine details :D Any tips on how to break down complex subjects before approaching the drawing? What kind of steps can one take before running away :)
Charlene thank you so much! My advice would be to tackle a complex subject by focusing on smaller sections. One tends to get scared by complex subjects so it helps to see it as a collection of small parts
