I've been stumped while trying to draw yellow flowers- I couldn't figure out how to give them proper contrast between petals without adding some unnatural border. This showed me exactly what I needed to know, and was so helpful- thank you!

Love this video, it inspired me to have a go. I discovered that for a learner I'm actually reasonably good at drawing fish! Maybe it helps that I've been drawing the type of fish I used to catch when I was younger. I've been drawing them on plywood which gives them a different look.
