I have OCD and I love ASMR.
Listening to the kitchen sounds with the satisfaction aspect of the beautiful cake is just the perfect combo. Love it!

No matter what the subject is there will always be people trying to argue or be negative. A man was trying to engage me in an argument about the price of veg a while back. There are some very petty people out there.

Lovely cakes! I used to decorate at Hannaford bakery Grocery store but they wanted you to be so quick and I wanted to pay more attention ro detail. I woud love to work for you❤ Youe cakes are Perfect!

Can I ask why you didn’t need a crumb coat? Is it because you’re using a buttercream that’s fairly thick, compared to a frosting like whipped cream? (or are you just really talented lol?)
Most likely her cakes are cold, cold or frozen cakes help to stop the crumbs

Hi, how are you, I was just wondering is it different using butter cream and ordinary cream, cause places where I live uses ordinary cream but you use butter cream, anyway take care and stay safe x
We use American buttercream 😊

@ depends on the size of the cake! We make large batches with 8 pounds of butter and then divide it up!

maybe the buttercream was refrigerated? Or has a higher butter content? Not too sure.
Yes, American buttercream! The trick it to let it mix on low in your stand mixer for at least 5-10 minutes to remove all the air bubbles 😊

I’ve seen people use waxed dental floss to cut cakes. Seriously, it works.
