I’m a realtor myself. I understand that the realtor was looking for her sellers best interest. But she disclosed way too much information about her seller. I would never hire her! When representing a seller, I never disclose my sellers personal life 😢. Imagine being represented by this realtor and she just tells everyone your business😔😔

Good call. But on the first call,u told agent u can close in a military second,but how could a wholesaler benefit from that cause they can't close in a second they have to get end buyer and that may take couple days. Not disagreeing but would like o know how o use this and make it work
You just have to find the buyer. You have to instill urgency and as long as you have a DEAL, and you're trying to make your buyer money rather than yourself, you will get it sold

reverse wholesaling. search the area that the home in question is selling and find buyers in that area that have bought similar homes for that price point. contact them run the numbers by them and then bam, You instantly have jamil's proof of funds and bank account. and you can walk into any deal like you own the place
Okay so this realtor who says she is ethical is also shady she just said all the wrong this threw her seller under the bus . She shouldn’t be disclosing all her sellers personal business and can be sued for this
This whole pocket listing issue bothers me. A listing agent's fiduciary duty is to get the highest and best possible offer for the seller. That is accomplished by getting multiple offers for the seller ... not by holding a pocket listing for people like Jamil. Agents should play above board and put their listings on the MLS. Let Jamil stand in line like every one else. This pocket listing approach smells badly.
