last question as I am rewatching this video, In Kentucky we have tornadoes, would tornado shelter add value to homes? They are like 7k installed, nobody has them even thou we have so many tornadoes!!! I m like why are people not getting these underground boxes for safety, weather and rain is crazy here, and last 3 years since I moved from CA and ID, this storms and weather is worry to me, I want to build one for our new property I got us.
