    Here are the ones I use. They're on the cheap side if you're interested in trying them out:
    - KBEAR/BGVP 07 (versatile)
    - Tri Clarion (soundstage)
    - TRN T (soft and comfortable)
    - Tangzu Sancai (nice and comfortable)
    - Fiio HS18 (I've had your same experience with them)
    - KBEAR/BGVP 08 (these help to get rid of shouty upper midrange and sibilance/spicy vocals)
    - BVGP W01. I've ordered four pair of these in M size but I keep getting slim eartips similar to the small sized 07. I've ordered a pair of L to see if I get the ones I want.
    I should also receive the Whizzer Easytips SS20 in the next weeks.

    We can enhance the performance of the original ear tips that come with the IEMs through a simple tweak, eliminating the need for expensive replacements. I utilized a small strip of Blu Tack, wrapping it around both bores/tubes of my IEMs behind the silicone ear tips' flaps. To ensure effectiveness, I straightened the flaps attached to the tubes before wrapping the Blu Tack strip and then covered the flaps back. This tweak imparted the IEM with a combined sonic character of both silicone tips and foam tips.
    The results were noticeable - passive noise isolation improved by nearly 70%, the bass and sub-bass became tighter and more controlled, the treble revealed more details, vocals gained a crisper quality, and the soundstage exhibited an extension. This tweak worked remarkably well for IEMs using only a single BA driver, such as FIIO FA1 and other budget IEMs like those from KZ, CCA, and TRN. You can experiment with different impacts by applying half or full-filled strips of Blu Tack on various shapes and sizes of ear tips' holes/bores. My favorite improvement is achieved by wrapping a half-filled Blu Tack on round-shaped and large hole/bore tips. Feel free to explore and innovate, as there's nothing to lose.

    The whizzer easytip is apparently very good for deep insertion iems like penon fan 2 etc.
    But i personally hate biying expensove ear tips as i would expect the best tips for the particular iem to be inside the box.
    Like the long striaght bore white tips which is like the dunu s&s tips but included inside the box of timeless ae.

      @@SuperChonk thanks! If possible could you compare them to the straight white tips (which looks like dunu tips) from inside the box of timeless ae?

    • @KopiOkaya
      @KopiOkaya Рік тому +1

      @@mokisan The "straight white tips" are smoother sounding than Dunu S&S eartips. The S&S tips excels in soundstage and treble clarity and extension. I have both.

    • @mokisan
      @mokisan Рік тому +1

      @@KopiOkaya thanks. Sorry for asking this, but what do you mean by smoother sounding ?
      Also do you suggest me using the dunu s&s tips for my 7hz timeless ae or any other tips for that matter ? Since you already have the iem and I guess even helped in its tuning ?
      Cheers Larry!

    • @KopiOkaya
      @KopiOkaya Рік тому +1

      @@mokisanWhat I meant by smoother sounding is the edges are more rounded. Midbass sounds fuller. Treble a bit more rolled-off. Dunu S&S eartips, on the other hand, sound more open and sharper overall. No, I wasn't involved in the tuning of Timeless AE. My boss was the one who tuned it to AE's specifications.

    True about HS 18, there is not enough bass compared to bass ear tips with Fiio FD5. But comfort of HS18 just insane 10 out of 10

    Good tips. 🤯 Thanks! I was checking the ET100 and I wished they had a XL size -- 13.3mm might not be enough for me. They do resemble the Tri Clarions though. But screw it. At 10 bucks, just ordered 3 pairs of L size. 😂
    Must agree with the AZLA Max. They're likely the most comfortable material I have here.

      The Maestro Mini have quite a bit of bass. I would recommend a tip with a wider bore profile to balance them a bit better.
      As such the sednafit earfit light short would be good. But they are expensive.
      Alternatively the wizzer easy tips is awesome as well!

      It’s one that I’d say give a very good shallow fit experience! Please note that as with all Azla tips they run big. If you usually use a M size, get the ms tip.

      Although SuperChonk finds the Max expensive, Azla SednaEarFit eartips ARE pricer than many. This is expected as they are made in Korea. Unlike Mainland China, Korean labour costs are definitely much higher.
