Funny story, I was watching how a creator I never knew was doing a big glue journal with supermarket bags and little one too. I wanted to try this and had a realisation I could do it myself (my supermarket only carries the big ones), as you I have the roll of paper and big white sturdy paper too. Now because of you, I don’t need to break my head trying to replicate the bags, I know how to do it😂 and have so much tips to use other papers. Thank you so much my friend to dedicate your time to learn how to do it and to teach us to do. ❤I will tag you when my opportunity to do those journal bags come.
Thank you so much for making this video! Your instructions worked perfectly! Just a day ago, I was going to attempt to make my own treat bag..., but then I saw your video where you did all of the work for me!🥰 Thank you for your sharing your gifts with us. It's always a pleasure to watch your channel! 💕
I love that you used brayer off sheets. But also thanks for template, as a person can make custom bags for special events using this. Designing before completing the bag!!
I love learning how to make something I can use! I don’t have a lot of space in my craft room so I can’t have a lot of brayer off’s etc lying around! Now I can use them! Excellent! Thank you for doing the math too! You are always so wonderful to us. 💕
Just as you were saying make it, I had a "head slap" moment. I was gifted many sheets of the ugliest 12x12 paper that I was going to use for brayer off's and use for "something". This helps a lot and because of the size can make them in the metric size, no US adjustments needed! Thank you Ceri
Hi Ceri. Your system to make these is so much easier ... I've watched others that to all folding, no cutting. My brain goes crazy. You way is much easier. So thank you for simplifying it. Hope you have a great day. Big ((hugs)). ❤
Thanks for sharing...I think this is great for using up painty papers after I use up the stash of treat bags I purchased when you showed us how to make the jouenal pockets that I really like! 😊😊
What a fantastic way to make these treat bags. You are a genius to have figured them out so well. Great job, I absolutely love them and will be making some. Thanks for sharing the process Ceri. 👍❤️😽 ❤
Fabulous video! Thank you so much for sharing this make. I can see myself getting addicted to making these as well. I love the ones made with the paint papers 😊
This is going to be so much fun Ceri, thanks for doing the template for us, this is definitely going to keep me occupied for quite a while. Recently I turned a cereal box into a box to sit on my table to hold sharpeners, erasers etc, and once I got it the size I wanted, I glued my coffee cup sleeves to it, painted it with gesso, and it looks really good. Thank you for all these fun projects you come up with for us, I really appreciate it. 😃
Crafty Ceri strikes again!!! It is so nice of you to share this method with us. Treat bags are so useful, especially if you are a grandmother, greatgrandmother and like to give little treats to the kiddos when they visit...makes them feel special. Thank you Ceri for your generosity in sharing your very special talent!!!
These are so great Ceri! I will be making some, so thanks for the template. And as always, you are such a great teacher! I appreciate the clearness and completeness of your tutorials.
I made with brown paper for packing, however, it’s really heavy paper. So it was my proto one . I don’t recommend this paper again very heavy and hard to fold. It does work, thank you for doing all this for us.. I am going to make a bunch of bags from different substrates. I did use inches for my bags. Have fun everybody. 🎉🎉🎉🎉
Love, love, love these! Thanks so much for sharing your template. I’m looking forward to giving this a try and also seeing what size of bag I can get from a roll of brown paper by scaling up your dimensions. 😊
Hi Ceri….Thank you for doing the figuring for us and making a template for us to use as well! Your writing is very legible on that paper, no problems reading it at all. I really liked how the stenciled bag came out, it’s gorgeous! A great idea for the brayer off sheets. Just in time for the gift giving season. By the way, I will never fast forward any of your videos! Sending you (BIG hugs))….thinking of you.
Genius! Love to see a creative excited about their project! Great use of the brayer off paper, they make fantastic bags! Thanks for the template too ( I did wonder about bigger bags with maybe 12x12 gel prints ... ? Just planting a wee seed maybe .. 😅😅) thank you 🎉🎉
Ceri, you're a genius, I would never get the idea how to make these bags, thank you for sharing, I have been making paper bags for an hour now, I love it, take care, there's 2 inches of snow here I am going to send your way.
👁️👁️. OMG CERI: When you get X-CITED that means our apron / cover all’s need to be on & that we are ready to create ‼️‼️ ‼️ Dianne, your Arizona 🌵, USA fan December 1, 2024
Love these. Many blessings sent to you. My take - The brown paper that Amazon uses in its parcels is ideal for this, straightened out or possibly an iron on low heat. Waste not…
Funny, all I remember of metric is gas in the 70s and our Coca-Cola obsessed culture in two liter plastic bottles! That’s the USA… I adore it when your Light Bulbs are firing. 😂 I saw AZ signing in, so I’ll say I’m a fan in NC.💜💙🌈👋
Love these little bags and thank you for the template. Love your videos and listening to your voice. I lost my husband in March, and you have been good company for me. I hope you are coping with your loss, I just wanted to let you know how much we appreciate all you do for us xxx
Yes I say exactly the same thing - I started school using inches and finished using centimetres - I have no idea how big either of them are. Love the tutorial - and I learnt how to do a screenshot on my laptop. 🤣
Fab video, darling! Mocked-up a template version whilst watching. Knocking out different versions/sizes of these with leftovers (over time) could then be used to create a very interesting pocket JJ book. Diolch yn fawr iawn 🙏 for taking the time to write up the template for everyone! 🥰
Thank you for doing the beginning with a face-to-face. I get bored when other creators just talk and talk while looking at their table. Now that I said that, I should look at my own videos and check if I do that. lol. Ceri, I hope you are doing well and hanging in there.
Genius idea Ceri… love the brayer of sheets… we R memory keepers actually do a gift bag punch board which does pretty much the same thing 😂 but yours is more economical 👍🏻
THANK YOU for making and sharing this template! BTW, I could read it perfectly- - I taught 5th grade for decades so I can read most any writing! Yours was quite legible! ✏️😊
Hi Ceri, i am Ann your new subscriber yay! I love your chatting while you do your crafting so calming for me to watch. Your treat bags are amazing not sure what to colour mine with as i dont have a gelli plate or brayer..much love Ann 🏴
Amazing job, Ceri. Got the measures and will give it a try when I got my big gelli plate. Kill 2 birds with one stone: use the gelli plate and make papers to use as a little bag 😊
I just checked out that company that said they do a bag like this. No it is different. They use a machine. Theirs is complicated. They finish theirs differently. Yours us do mych better.
I love a good lightbulb moment.
These bags are amazing.
Also I love the natters at the start of your videos, I would never fast forward you.
Yay! Thank you

Love this! I may try bags from paper pad sheets that don’t fit the aesthetic of my journals. Or, ones that do! Possibilities. . .
Light Bulb Moment xxx Super video my dear...... I will make some today xxxx
Perfect
Hi Ceri, i am Ann your new subscriber yay! I love your chatting while you do your crafting so calming for me to watch. Your treat bags are amazing not sure what to colour mine with as i dont have a gelli plate or brayer..much love Ann 🏴
Welcome Ann, you don’t need painty owlets from a gel plate, you could use stamped papers, papers from a craft pad, even just plain paper.
Amazing job, Ceri. Got the measures and will give it a try when I got my big gelli plate. Kill 2 birds with one stone: use the gelli plate and make papers to use as a little bag 😊

I recently lost my sister, it was sudden and unexpected, that might be the cause.
