Wish we could all reach out and give you a hug. As a healthcare person, i have found so many people just want to be heard and then hugged, and I see it has helped make their day just a little better.
Sincerest sympathy for your loss.Everything you said is correct. If businesses don't start trading customers with kindness and respect, they won't have loyal customers, and one day, they won't have a business. I don't know if you have ever heard of Chick-fil-A and the founder, Truitt Cathy, but if all companies were trained to give that level of customer service consistently. the world would be a better place. Viking Cruise lines treated us like royalty. I would highly recommend them and look forward to another adventure with Viking. Prayers and hugs from Cindy. ❤😢 Never stop creating!! You are beyond AWESOME!!❤❤❤
I understand unexpected death all too well. My mom passed in my arms in the motel room the morning after my first marriage. (I was just 22) Then my second husband father of my 3 children at the time (ages 8,11,18) was killed due to a job related accident. ((1994) so I do understand sudden death and all that entails! At 75 now I can tell you,in love, allow yourself plenty of time to grieve. Please know that you have so many people who love and appreciate you all around the world. You are such a dear person. ❤
So sorry for your loss, Ceri. I can’t believe you’ve been maintaining your YT videos and posts. As for your rant, a friend and I have been saying the exact same things.
So sorry for you loss, Ceri. I understand your frustration and anger and am very sorry you had to go through this at this difficult time. Much strength and love to you.❤🫂
Hello, dear Ceri, my sincere condolences for you. 🙏 I pray for comfort, and healing in Jesus name. Customer service has fallen in the toilet. I always appreciate a good morning or afternoon, then yes, let me be unless I need help with something. I’ve left places when I’ve been ignored, especially in a restaurant. I took customer service trading and loved it! It’s just common sense in any business. Unfortunately that is not a thing anymore. Thank you dear man for sharing, big hugs for you. Have a blessed day 🙏💙
My sincere condolences, Ceri, on the loss of your sister. I had no idea. I'm so sorry for all the "rig marol" you've gone through recently 💔 I agree with you, 💯 per cent, about the ongoing lack of customer service. It's no different all around the world, apart from exceptional cases. It all starts in the home! What people don't learn in the home can not be practised out in the world. However, I feel that there is a big responsibility on all management to know "how" to train staff and follow up with their vigilance. This appears to be non-existent, consequently causing stress for us all! I'm a total believer in "excellence" regarding customer service! There is no other replacement for care to detail! My heartfelt thoughts are with you as you navigate through this trauma. Welcome friends to be by your side along the way. Denmark.
I agree with you about customer service and it is especially heightened when we are in need of a resource. My condolences to you regarding your sister. Art and nature will be food for your creative soul. Sending love and light your way~
Hi Ceri, everything you said is right on! When I went through the grieving period, trying to make all those phone calls, getting so nervous, trying to keep it together, answering all the many questions to the best of my ability in my fragile state of mind. I decided to only make 1 call a day and say to myself ..well I got 1 thing accomplished. It did help me ..cause trying to do more than 1 call going thru all the phone selections etc, made me a nervous wreck! Hang in there and so sorry to hear about your sister.
Ceri, I'm so sorry for the loss of your sister. My mother passed recently and I understand how hard this is to get through. Please know we are thinking of you and praying for you. As far as customer service, I understand exactly what you are describing. The phone run-around was not so bad before they had you entering in your digital preferences, when they wanted your voice responses. I used to answer every question with "cumquat". Finally the system would tell me that they were unable to understand my request and that they were going to transfer me to an operator. Thank you very much! That's all I wanted in the first place! Please take care of yourself, Ceri! ❤❤❤
Ceri, I am so very sorry for the loss of your sister. My mother’s passing was very unexpected as well. I know all you are going through. My thoughts & prayers are with you! ❤
Same here in the US! I'm in ATL,GA! I am amazed how when I am at the cash register at a grocery store---the cashier doesn't even speak or talk to you! I am over 65 and I can't believe how rude people are today! Sad. Sorry to hear of your loss---pray you are able to get all of your business completed.
So very sorry for your loss, Ceri. Thank you for being a bright and safe spot for us to visit. May your days become easier as you navigate this period. X
Dear Ceri , I am so sorry to hear about the loss of your sister. You bring so much joy to your UA-cam family. Please let us comfort you in any way we can during this difficult time. Sending love, prayer and a great big hug all the way from Arkansas, US. ❤🙏❤
Oh Ceri, there are no words to make the pain go away that you are feeling. 💔. My daughter passed away 6 years ago unexpectedly. The loss has affected all of us greatly every day. She was my best friend and a joy to all. She was 48. I’m amazed that you’ve been providing us with videos for the last two months. But, I also know our art is our therapy. I totally agree with you about customer service. Holy 💩,. What has happened. I worked in the service industry all of my life, I’m appalled at what’s happening. I, like you, will not give my money to businesses that don’t treat me with respect. When I’m being checked out by a cashier that won’t acknowledge me I ask “ are you having a bad day” ? Mostly to make a point. Sending you a gentle hug., 😘😘
I’m so sorry to hear of the passing of your sister. Please take care of yourself in this difficult time. You’re such a good man, I understand your frustration with service; it seems we used to have social standards that just aren’t adhered to anymore.
I am sorry that your sister passed and the hurt that you're stuck with. I really hope that sooner rather than later you will find a place of peace as you continue livin'. And I really hope someone besides the cruise company shows you compassion and quality customer service. . .
I'm so sorry, Ceri. My heart aches for you. I'll be praying that Jesus will comfort you with happy memories, as well as a steady supply of kind, competent people with whom to conduct business. You are not alone. 💙🙏
Customer service has went down the sewer. Talking to a computer gets my blood pressure through the roof. I agree with you 100%.
День тому+1
I found myself nodding my head in agreement with you. This could be used for customer service training. I once went to a restaurant with exceptional customer service that made the whole experience memorable. I never paid it much attention before but we get so used to the now average customer service. But I like your voting with your feet. With experiencing sudden death and legal matters, well I found it was the unexpected little tangles that shake you up, like how many times can one company request a copy of the death certificate. Or the unsympathetic pen pusher who drives you insane and isn’t happy until tears appear at the corner of your eyes and you just agree to everything. Sometimes being right isn’t worth fighting for. That unbearable loss means that you had the luxury of love for however long and you will have that feeling to remember. That is how we cherish them. Your sister must have been amazing and I am sorry you have lost her presence in your life. My heart goes out to you
Good morning Ceri...we can totally relate! The same issues occur here big time. It's not that we're getting older, it's that we just don't tolerate poor customer service in any transaction. When we're spending our time and/or money we should expect good service in return.. Speak up everybody, demand decent service. Collectively you can make the change.
Ceri, my heart breaks for you and the loss of your sister. I know how hard it is to suddenly and unexpectedly lose a beloved sibling--and then be rushed through a nightmarish aftermath of legal wrangling! Dealing with poor customer service is never fun but it is especially difficult during this period. I share your frustration with how customer service seems to have gone downhill in recent years. You are spot-on in your approach to offenders and should report. Also, I believe in recognizing great customer service--those who go above and beyond should also be recognized. Much love to you in your time of grieving.
Dear Ceri, sending you all my love and hope for healing and comfort. I’m so sorry that you lost your sister and are going through so many difficult circumstances. Thank you for sharing your art, passion, heart and soul with us! You’ve made a difference in my life and I appreciate you.
Ceri, I'm so sorry for the loss of your sister. Sending heartfelt prayers for you. Yes, curtomer service is the same here in the states. My husband and I have actually walked out of a restaurant because we were never acknowledged once we were seated. So we gave our business to another restaurant. Even the manager didn't seem to care that we hadn't been treated right when we told him why we were leaving. We've only just started to go on cruises and had our second cruise in October. They were two different cruise lines but the one thing in common was good customer service. Now I know why people love to cruise. You are treated like royalty! It's all about customer service and with a smile. Today is Thanksgiving day here in the States and one of the many things I'm thankful for is you and the many other creative souls that share their art and hearts with this community. God bless you, Ceri.🤗
Ceri....words will never cover your loss. You are a fantastic individual!! You have every right to comment about how difficult some businesses make life for no reason. With so many mixed races I have trouble understanding their accent and the speed that they actually speak. I hope your friends do what they can to support you at this time. Prayers of support for you as you cope with all the challenges that this society puts in your path. ❤️🙏🥰
Hi Ceri, been following you for a couple of years now, from South Africa, in PE, (Gqeberha). So very sorry to hear about your sister's passing. Life is so hard at times, I pray the Lord will comfort you and keep you able to continue as you are so valued and loved by many. I admire your courage to continue to look after us in the midst of this sad storm. We appreciate you. I can't believe how you can take something so ordinary and turn it into a beautiful work of art. My prayers and thoughts are with you.
Oh Ceri am so sorry for the loss of your sister. Sending bigs hugs to you from Australia. I hope your creative journey is providing some comfort for you during this time (and thank you for continuing to publish videos and being able to keep up your usual high standard). Listening to this coffee topic I thought - this could be me talking - absolutely agree with everything you said. Unfortunately I do think it is a generational problem and am not hopeful that things will improve anytime soon. Thank you for all your inspiration you provide. Just remember to take it one day at a time.
I'm so sorry for you loss. Thank you for continuing to give to all of us during your grief and all the things that go along with the death of a loved one. I'm a severe agoraphobic and have been in doors for 5 years. My anxiety and fears get the best of me at times and watching your videos bring me peace and calm. Please know you're in my heart and in my prayers. Much love and respect, Melyssa. ❤
Oh Ceri! I am so sorry for your loss. ❤ I understand your rant, as well. I agree 💯! Please keep your spirits up, and remember that there are people who love you. And we are here for you. Hugs, love and prayers are being sent your way.
I’m so sorry for your loss Ceri. A sudden loss is different than an expected one, not better, not worse just different and less planning financially and emotionally has gone into it.
Dear Ceri, I am so sorry to hear your sad news and am sending you a big compassionate hug (if you like hugs). I am also pained to hear all the difficulties you've had with all the arrangements/forms for things - absolutely awful, especially when you are going through so much. I hope things don't get any more overwhelming. Love to you and Biscuit xx
Adding my sympathies for you. Losing family is awfully difficult. You just take care of you. I so appreciate the teaching and good humor you add to our world.
I am so very sorry to hear of your great loss of your sister. You are in my thoughts and prayers. ❤ Totally agree with your feelings about customer service 100%!!! Usually on automated phone calls, as soon as there is a verbal prompt, I state " representative " repeatedly no matter what the prompt asks for, until the call is transferred to a human to speak with. Usually, it helps.
Morning Ceri, sharing my cup of tea with you. I am so sorry for the loss of your sister - my heart breaks that not only do you have to deal with the emotional upheaval that would cause, but then that grief is compounded by the horrible hoops insurance companies and similar companies make you jump through. I am sending warm cyber hugs and I hope that things will improve for you over time.
My heart goes out to you. I have lost a sister, son, and 2 nieces. It is so hard without having to deal with incompetence too. It amazes me how people want so much money for doing far less than I did when I was able to work.I used to love helping people, that was the fun part of my job! Take care and big hugs!
Oh,Ceri, bless your heart, I’m so sorry for your loss, I’m glad we were here for your discourse, I know what you are feeling and your displeasure for the loss of respect and consideration in public places. I live in a state where the norm is friendly and respectful sales and administrative assistance, but I know it’s not that way everywhere, and I understand the frustration of dealing with large corporations, their recordings, and lack of personal consideration. I’m sorry this has been such a difficult time for you, consider yourself hugged💗
My heartfelt condolences. I lost my darling husband recently and I just want you to know how much I have appreciated your videos. They have kept me company through many a sleepless night and kept a creative spark alight. I empathise sincerely with your experiences of dealing with the practicalities when a loved one dies and wish you all the best in the future ❤
Hugs and warmth to you! Sorry about your beautiful sister, please take quality time for yourself. We are here for you when you are ready to create with magic again!
Ceri, you have my deepest sympathy. I lost my Mum last June and I went through the same thing. I agree, no one should treat a person that way. I am still going through the same thing as I am trying to get a wet room as I am getting older and I can't get into the bath. I have to brace myself every time I know I need to phone. I will pray for you if that's OK. I do not need a response x
💜💜💜 Oh Ceri! I’m so very sorry about your huge loss. Please accept my thoughts for you. I TOTALLY agree with you on all points! And what I’ve noticed (that makes my fangs start to grow) is a young waitress, cashier, etc . that calls me “honey”, “sweetie” or any other patronizing pronoun! I get the feeling that just because I’m older, I should be coddled. Nice, normal “ma’am” would be showing some respect. Maybe I’m more sensitive than I should be but . . .
Ceri I am so sorry for your loss and the difficult time you are experiencing I send you hugs and prayers and hope the future months will bring you some peace and comfort Carol
Ceri I am so sorry to hear about your sister, my heart breaks for you. I also lost my sister almost 5 years ago & it is a very devastating situation. I can't hug you because I live in California, but I can pray for you & I hope that helps you ,it sure helps me. Please keep yourself safe & healthy, surround yourself with good positive people. Continue to be a good person as you are & I agree with you on this UA-cam, it was great & so are you!
Dear Ceri, I am very sorry for the sudden loss of your sister and the frustration and anger that complicated and worsened your grief. I also have come across a complete lack of empathy, courtesy and basic human awareness in many aspects of society. The digital world and (I believe) COVID have turned many into unfeeling, impatient, unaware people with no ability to live in their communities. God Bless and thank you for continuing on with your channel through this time. So many of us look forward to all the aspects you offer through your view of the world and talent. ❤
I lost my husband in March and know exactly what you are saying!! I am left with 2 Jack russells and now I am grateful for them. Good customer service is so important. Keep the passion we all love and support you. Keep up all the good art work as you saved me!! Lots of love and hugs xxx
Ceri, I'm so sorry to hear of your bereavement, I've been through this a few times, and I can empathise with you. I totally agree with your comments, it is so annoying hanging on the phone for ages. I had one experience where I was 39th in the queue. I hung on until I was 9th in the queue, and they then cut me off. I've also had the same experience in Aldi, being told I couldn't pack my bags at the till. Be strong Ceri. You will come through it. God bless xx
Ceri, my heart goes out to you. ❤️ I understand what you are going through; I lost my brother several years ago and experienced similar situations. Take good care and know you have many friends who are thinking and praying for you. 🥰
Ceri so very sorry for your deep loss and especially in the frustration that has followed which makes things even more difficult. Hope you will soon find peace and comfort. You are a kind and giving person and certainly don’t deserve that! As for the issue of customer service, I believe that today’s “impersonal” (online) purchasing has taken over and nobody gets training in customer service anymore.
I understand your feelings on customer service. I agree with you. I am also sorry to hear about your sister. I'm not sure if you're a huggy type person, but I'm sending you hugs from the States. Take your time to get through the process of grieving. I lost my Dad back in September of this year. We understand and we will be here for you.
Ceri, first, sorry for your loss. I just want to give you the biggest virtual hug. You're not alone. It's not you, most customer service should be renamed to "what do you want? Why are you bothering me and Idon't give darn.". I was trained in customer SERVICE a million years ago. Nowadays Companies just don't care. All we can do is choose to be better and be an example. I am teaching my grands (2 &4) to say please, thank you, you're welcome. One person at a time. I am so sorry you gave to go through so much turmolt at the worst time. Take care my friend ❤Nebraska USA ❤
My deepest sympathy to you in the loss of your sister. I'm sending comfort and hugs to you from Florida. "Customer Service" has become an oxymoron, in my opinion. It's much rarer in my experience to find a kind and helpful person. Most people act like they are doing you a huge favor just by ringing you up or answering a question, and they have an attitude about being made to "work" instead of whatever they were doing before you came along. I feel pretty passionate about it myself, but maybe it's because I'm even older than you at 67! I hope you get the answers you need, as well as the healing. I hope you'll do the video about your sister when you feel able. Big hugs to you, and hugs and an extra treat for Biscuit!💙
Ceri, First let me say I’m so sorry for your loss 0:07 . I pray God will give you peace. Second I totally understand about customer service today. Some people just don’t understand. You ask yourself where have manners gone. I always tell them how great they were and tip them in cash in their hand. Glad to hear you speak on this issue. Thank you and again I am so so sorry for your loss.
Dear Ceri, I just watched your video, and I’m still tearing up. I am so sorry for your loss. Grief is hard enough without having to deal with all the legal stuff. I can only hope that the pain will soften with time. I certainly agree with you about the service aspect. I tip accordingly.
So sorry for your loss... I hear your pain in trying to sort out affairs after losing someone, we were in that position last year. It's horrible and customer service is so very important especially during bereavement. Sadly I also encountered companies that were less than helpful let alone empathic. Saga were a joy to deal with. Customer service is very lacking nowadays and it's impossible just to pick up a phone to sort something out. Sending good wishes to you Ceri. Glad I'm not the only one who feels like this about customer services.
So sorry to hear of your loss. Take the time you need to work through the grieving process and don't be too hard on yourself. In regards to customer service, I am in total agreement with you. It doesn't take much to be pleasant to a customer. I feel that the skill of customer service has been lost. Saying that, there is still an occasional excellent customer service person that you come across that restores a little faith in the human race. Hugs to you as you navigate your way through the aftermath of your sister's death. 💕
Ceri, I am so sorry for your loss. I'm praying for you. I lost my oldest sister in a car accident many years ago and it devastated me. I miss her still. As far as customer service goes, I totally agree with you. I have dealt with many of the same kinds of situations. I expect common courtesy and that seems too much to ask anymore. I'm sorry that on top of your grief, you also have to navigate through so many business matters with very little compassion. May God bless you, Ceri.
First, deepest condolences on the loss of your sister. May your memories of her and your companionship lessen your grief over time. Amen to your view on customer service. I do believe it is a widespread issue of people not being taught the basics of decent human interaction. Basic manners seem to be a rare commodity. I have my theories as to why, but do wish there were a way to turn it around. Agree completely that ‘voting with your wallet’ as well as informing others is our best way to promote improvement. I also try to thank those who do provide good service, regardless of what job they are doing. Tipping in the USA is SO out of control. I am with you on tipping only for appropriate service!
Evening Ceri, first of all, I'm so sorry to hear about your sister, I'm sending you a massive hug from Cornwall xx Omgoodness, I totally understand how you feel, the phone calls, I feel as you do, the waiting, the options, again and again saying the same thing, repeating yourself, the music, I did smile alot during this video as i truly agree with you about the customer service nowadays and I have got so mad. I too think, okay it's not the persons fault who I am speaking to, but I get infuriated with their system. Manners and respect have gone out the window I'm afraid. Please take your time with everything, we are all here for you xx
Dear Ceri, I am so saddened and sorry for the loss of your dear sister. It's so hard to lose a loved one. And then to have to go through so much red tape, it's must be very overwhelming for you. I send you love and light. ❤ (Also, I agree with you about customer service, it seems it barely exists anymore.)
Oh, Ceri! A big(if virtual) hug! I'm so-o sorry you have had to go through this! I can't believe that you never took some time off...just said 'I'm sorry, due to a family emergency, my upload schedule will be very erratic until further notice. I will explain later' . (Or did I miss it?) As your on line family, we would have understood. You have my deepest sympathy for your loss and an additional, separate sympathy for the 'aftermath'. Your rant is heard and agreed with. Be kind to yourself through this difficult time ❤
I'm sorry for your loss and hope you have a good network of support around you. I'm sorry you have had such aweful experiences in trying to do the necessary things at this aweful time in your life. The world is so busy and tech orientated nowadays and I go out of my way to compliment and leave feedback about good customer service in the hope that it inspires others to follow suit. Also some companies offer bonuses to staff who recieve compliments so worth doing. Totally agree about the lack of customer service today and it's a shame.
Hi Ceri, I am so sorry for your loss. I just wanted to let you know that you are not alone when it comes to customer service. I totally agree with what you said. Sending hugs from Australia. 💝💝🇦🇺
I'm so sorry for your loss. And I feel your pain! What we'd frequently LIKE to say (in America) is, could I please speak with someone who speaks English as a first language! Oh the fun of being a little bit deaf and speaking to a person in another country and is of no help whatsoever! Always thankful to stumble on that one person who is helpful!!
Ceri, I am so sorry to hear this about your sister. I just wanted to send you a virtual hug and to extend my condolences. Take care dear. One day at a time.
First and foremost....I am so sorry to hear of your loss. Dealing with the death of a loved one under circumstances where you are preparing for it is stressful and emotional enough. To deal with it by surprise...I cannot even imagine all that you are going through. Please just know you are loved by this community. We may be all over the world but we are pulling for you. Second....I have been in Customer Service since I was 16. For over 31 years (Yikes!) good customer service has always really been an extension of basic principles:kindness, caring and treating others with respect. It is sorely lacking these days and is evident in the companies that need to care enough to hire people to serve in those front facing positions...but it is also unfortunately missing in the day to day interactions with others we meet in general. I am on a one woman crusade to pass along asmuch kindness, caring and respect as I possibly can. Wishing you eventual Peace after all the madness that is now transpiring ebbs. Sending hugs across the Atlantic. Take care of yourself.
Customer service is a representation of the company or business. Thanks so much for your rant. I'm sorry it's as bad there as in the U.S. I'm so sorry for your loss. Take care.❤ hugs
Thank you for sharing your experiences, Ceri, at such a difficult time for you. So sorry for your loss. My husband died suddenly last year and my mother died suddenly just after my son was born so I have some experience of how you are feeling but everyone has different reactions to grief. I also live in the UK and have had the same experience with call centres, forms and nonsensical requirements for documents. I have had good and bad customer service but, sadly, there seems to be more of the bad around. Take care.x
I couldn’t agree more with your views on customer service! It’s getting ridiculous these days. Best of luck with the rest of the paperwork you’re dealing with right now. Hugs to you! ❤
Dear Ceri, condolences to you. You do reveal your feelings to us all. Yes, interesting about customer service. You certainly have experience in this world. Take care.
I’m so sorry for your loss. May God bless you and comfort you through this hard time. Take care of yourself Love your videos-thank you for making them. Lillie
Oh my gosh Ceri! So sorry for your loss, thoughts and prayers for you. I hope life starts looking brighter soon! 🤙❤ Customer Service has become a thing of the past. It is sad.....
Ceri I’m so sorry for the loss of your dear sister. May the memories help ease the pain. Holding you up in prayer. I agree customer service has gone waaay downhill. I hate doing anything on the phone where you have to keep pushing numbers. When I’m in a store greet me as I enter, check on me after a few minutes of browsing, but just let me take my sweet time looking. At a restaurant you’d better be keeping my glass full, asking how the food is, is there anything I need etc if you want a tip. I think things went downhill during Covid and things haven’t recovered. I used to work in a customer service position for 7 years and we bent over backwards to help the customer.
Very sorry for your loss.....take care of yourself and don't stress about us in UA-cam world....if you need time out or creating your videos helps know we will be there when you are ready....
Ceri, I'm so sorry for the loss of your sister. May you find comfort in memories from happier times. Agree with your take on customer service as I've noticed the decline in it pretty much everywhere. One can only hope that there will be a turn around. Businesses need to recognize we can take our money somewhere else.
Ceri so sorry for your loss I lost my brother this year in March too it is a really hard time. I agree with everything you say on the topic of customer service don't get me started could give you many examples. Things have certainly changed these days. Please keep strong and keep up the great talks. ❤
Ceri, I am so sorry for your loss. I have the same expectations for service as you and have had many of the same poor experiences you have had. I hate the telephone situation as well. I am very appreciative of the good service I receive. I will be praying for you and that you'll be able to process your grief once you've gotten through all the legal hassles. Love you!
Ceri. I am so, so sorry for your loss. I hope that you are taking time for yourself. You have so many wonderful videos we can watch if you need to take time off. Sending you love and I will be keeping you in my thoughts. If there is anything I can do for you just shout 💞💞💞💞💞💞💞💞💞💞💞💞
So sorry for your loss Ceri. I lost both my parents last year and I am sick of speaking to companies about them, they don’t get the grief and don’t really care. Sending hugs xx
So sorry to hear your sad news. Wishing you well. You've been through a lot. Self care is important at times like these. Agree with you about customer care. Take care Ceri. Everyone on here wishes you all the best.
Ceri, I’m so sorry for the loss of your sister. I agree with your assessment of customer service. I believe it along with many other things have changed since the pandemic. I’m in the US and also run into many more companies that are outsourcing their telephone customer service, often to countries other than the US where English might not be someone’s first language. I have had communication difficulties especially when I’m calling to discuss and solve a more complex concern. This gets me quite frustrated. Thank you for sharing your thoughts on this issue.
Wish we could all reach out and give you a hug. As a healthcare person, i have found so many people just want to be heard and then hugged, and I see it has helped make their day just a little better.
Same, Cathy!
Sincerest sympathy for your loss.Everything you said is correct. I understand unexpected death all too well. My mom passed in my arms in the motel room the morning after my first marriage. So sorry for your loss. Pet you dog and make something beautiful. You are a gem.❤
So sorry for your loss, Ceri. I can’t believe you’ve been maintaining your YT videos and posts. As for your rant, a friend and I have been saying the exact same things.
Donna my UA-cam routine has been one of the things that’s helped me get through each day.
My sincere condolences, Ceri, on the loss of your sister. I had no idea. I'm so sorry for all the "rig marol" you've gone through recently 💔
I agree with you, 💯 per cent, about the ongoing lack of customer service.
Sending love and light your way~
I'm so very sorry for your loss Ceri.
I’m so sorry for your loss! Loss is never easy and an unexpected loss is even more painful and devastating. Lots of love to you!
I’m so sorry for your loss. Customer service….you have taken the words out of my mouth.
Customer service has went down the sewer. Talking to a computer gets my blood pressure through the roof. I agree with you 100%.
Many condolences Ceri, so sorry to hear of your unexpected loss. Sending big hugs to you and Biscuit.
I understand your rant, as well.
Totally agree with your feelings about customer service 100%!!! Usually on automated phone calls, as soon as there is a verbal prompt, I state " representative " repeatedly no matter what the prompt asks for, until the call is transferred to a human to speak with. Usually, it helps.
Ceri, I'm so sorry for the loss of your sister. You're in my thoughts and prayers. 🙏🏻🙌🦋🌸
So sorry for your loss. Heartfelt condolences. May she be at peace. Sending you hugs and love from NZ.
So sorry for your loss Ceri! And for all the difficults you have to deal with in the middle of all grief. Big hug to you 😢
Ceri sorry for the loss of your sister, giving you a virtual hug.
Totally understand your frustration with customer service. Take care ❤️
Dear Ceri, so sorry for your loss. May your sister's memory be a blessing. And I know your dog has been easing your pain.
My heart goes out to you, dear Ceri, at this difficult and painful time. Keeping you in my thoughts. ❤ Janey xx
My sincere condolences. My heart goes out to you. Hugs and love to you. From Idaho State,USA❤❤❤
Dear Ceri, I am so sorry about your loss and everything you have to go through in your bereavement. Hugs from the Netherlands.
Sorry for your loss! Prayers and Virtual hugs to you! Customer service here in the USA needs improvement as well! Love you brother!
Evening Ceri, first of all, I'm so sorry to hear about your sister, I'm sending you a massive hug from Cornwall xx
Omgoodness, I totally understand how you feel, the phone calls, I feel as you do, the waiting, the options, again and again saying the same thing, repeating yourself, the music, I did smile alot during this video as i truly agree with you about the customer service nowadays and I have got so mad. I too think, okay it's not the persons fault who I am speaking to, but I get infuriated with their system. Manners and respect have gone out the window I'm afraid. Please take your time with everything, we are all here for you xx
Bless you.... so sorry for your loss. I have been there and it is full of heartache. Time does help but it never goes away.
Blessings to you Ceri, I pray your good memories of your sister bring you some comfort🙏🏻💖 Well said about customer service these days😢
I am so sorry for your loss, Ceri. It's such a fragile time. My heart is with you.
Hi Ceri, I am so sorry for your loss. I just wanted to let you know that you are not alone when it comes to customer service. I totally agree with what you said. Sending hugs from Australia. 💝💝🇦🇺
I am very sorry for your loss. You are not alone in your frustration. Take care of yourself . ❤ from Canada.
My sincerest condolences to you. May your sister’s memory be a blessing always and in all ways. 💜
So sorry for your loss and troubles. It’s so hard losing a sister, then having to deal with everything else. Sending you a hug❤️
Dear Ceri, condolences to you. You do reveal your feelings to us all. Yes, interesting about customer service. You certainly have experience in this world. Take care.
I’m so sorry for your loss. May God bless you and comfort you through this hard time. Take care of yourself
Love your videos-thank you for making them.
Love you!
I am so sorry for your loss Ceri. I agree with you concerning customer service. Know you are not alone.
God bless you!
Dear Ceri, so sorry to hear about your sister. Prayers for strength to deal with all your going through.
Oh Ceri, it was really sad to hear of your tremendous loss. Sending sincere condolences to you and Biscuit ❤
