Coty, Wow, Great job! when you are using a skid for a job that size do you need to bring extra SH? I wouldn't think a skid (55 gal) tank would be enough.
We used about 50 gallon between both skids.

These rigs are built and headed out this Friday. I reserve the right to use a rig to knock out a job lol. We don’t typically do that but I’ll usually load one up to do a demo and also function test everything from time to time to check for possible design issues while it’s run for for several good hours.

Was this cleaning done with the 12v system only? Also, for the concrete cleaning did you use the 4.0 gpm pressure washer?
If so, you proved it again the we really don't need a 8.0 gpm machine.
We applied chem with 12v (you know me lol)
And we used the 4gpm on the mini pro skid to rinse at the smaller building and the 5.5gpm on the AlumiMAX to rinse and run the surface cleaner at the bigger building

You do what’s in the quote. If they want the cameras cleaned, that is a separate line item.

i got 2 questons
1 how did you originally get that job? 2 ive taken your class. i seem to have trouble on roof cleaning. when i think i am done with the roof i go until i don't see black streaks. i have sunglasses. but it seams after it rains there's a streak or 2 still there that i could not see after i cleaned. any advice?
I got the job because they called us. I’ve just been doing it so long I’m pretty much known as “the guy” in this area.
Those stubborn spots are just areas that need another coat before you leave. I always wait 20 min after my last coat in the roof to ensure it’s 100%. When in doubt hit it again. If you see any dark brown areas, hit them again. Also make sure you are at a hot enough mix, especially when it’s cold outside. Bleach is less effective in colder temps

Why do you guys prefer the 5.5 GPM over the 7 GPM? Also, is there an advantage with the new Everflo EFSW5500 pumps designed specifically for Bleach?
5.5 is significantly cheaper and there’s not much performance difference really.
Also less demanding on the electrical system

There’s a lot of ways to do it. Look into “water reclaim setup” and there’s some good vids on it

Was that 8hrs x 4 guys so 32 man hrs ÷ $11,500 = $359.37 an hour. $200.00 per day for each guy breaks down to $25 per hr that's $75 an hour plus chems so all in for the roughly $800.00 -$11,500.00= $10,700.00 is a great pull no doubt that's of course my own mathematics for your job not be confused with your idea and probably a little shy on pay roll....
Probably pretty close.
My guys are salary so they are working either way. Pretty good net payday
