Summer Pattern Bass and Why You Should Fish New Places

I fished an area that I never fished before and had never seen anyone fish. Sometimes the areas people idle through and run through on their way to where they will fish are holding nice populations of fish.

How does Bistineau differ from Caddo?

There are some similarities but more water flows through Caddo and there is more open water areas which helps to mitigate the Salvinia problem to some extent. Also, bistineau has very little cover other than cypress trees. Caddo actually has lily pads and grass matts especially on the west end.
