I'm jealous. Using your magic of tv. You show such beautiful samples. I'd like one of each. Thank you for showing them. I'm glad I found your video. Take care
THANK YOU SO MUCH! I have been struggling with this - I did not know how to do the distressing with the speckled pastels. Appreciate your willingness to share an excellent teaching.
Good tutorial. I look forward to see what else you offer. A good alternative to Katoclay or UV resin (which is VERY expensive) , a brush on acrylic finish called Polycrylic by Minwax. It is economical and water based so it does not react with polymer clay.
I love this technique. Would like to purchase the UV Resin you use in the Yellow bottle but I cannot find it anywhere. I get bubbles with UV I use so would welcome your help with a link to purchase what you use. Thanks, your work s so flawless.
If you do a search for "watch glass beaker cover" you can find them... Amazon has them... they're a lab supply item. They vary greatly in price. You probably want one (or a few) that are 3-4 inches wide... 8-10cm. You should expect to pay a couple of dollars each.
thank you for this nice explanation. May I ask if you have ever used eyeshadow or mica powder. (because pan pastel is so expensive) or just watercolor?
