This game gave me a permanent sense of rhythm. Haven't played it in like 10+ years and I can still effortlessly keep a beat. It's a shame I don't know any instruments or how to dance, but if I ever need to murder someone to a tempo I got it covered.

just for those who wants to know. next year spring there will be a release of a spiritual successor by the same director. called ratatan. its similar to patapon 2 as you have a hero character leading the army and 3`s skills. music wise it has a lighter tone to it. it sounds more whimsical compared to patapon`s tribal warlike songs. or at least that's my opinion regarding the 3 songs i heard.

or there could be new enemies and their objectives is not to reach the end of the world but to defend themselves or there could be new enemies on the end of the world and the objective is to take over it
Well, This brings back memories of me playing the game. I had all 3 games and I loved it to death. The rythm, The song, The story and the character classes I love it. I just do hope they made a remastered Patapon 2 and 3.

I loved the Patapon series on my old PSP. I hoped Sony would have made a new game for the Vita. I would have bought it just for that game. But Sony loves performing experiments like creating the Vita and letting it loose onto the wild with no support.

@@Michael-lr5fd a sequel is a bit impossible really, Patapon 3 came out in 2011. That was almost decade ago, and Japan Studio seems to be busy with VR games nowadays

They have to release remasters so others get the chance to play it. If I remember correctly, most kids my age had a ds instead of a psp during the time patapon was out. Same goes with kingdom hearts. For some damn reason not everyone had a ps3 when 1.5 and 2.5 came out so fans hoped for a ps4 remaster to experience 60 fps on the games

if they did not notice, in the beginning when the drums appear they make "pata, pon, don, chaka" which is a healing movement of patapon 2 and 3
