The game was made with multiplayer in mind, and I don't think they wanna have to make a new server for its online functionality, nor do they wanna re-tune the game to be better single-player experience, which kinda sucks.

@@gregoryrockstar1992 It certainly up to preference. The 3rd one still worth it to try, especially if you got friends to play with. The multiplayer aspect adds a lot to the game.
These would been perfect mobile games to be honest, they are short enough that you can play one session under 10 minutes, its fun rhythm games perfect for touchscreen, why are mobile always left with pure cancer in terms of games, when PSP got such great classics like this?
@@ANSStickmin You can use PPSSPP for mobile and get a pretty decent experience I would say, especially with headsets, though the buttons on the touch screen can be annoying they work great 99% of the time. I was able to get both Patapon 2 and 3 working and online using a VPN allowing for multiplayer. If you want a more seamless experience I would recommend getting a bluetooth controller and set it up in the PPSSPP settings and it's pretty much indistinguishable from the Pc port. Not perfect but most certainly good enough to use on travels or to play when you're bored.

It kinda feels too much isn't it? I come back to play 1 & 2 from time to time, but 3 not so much..

i dont think you could port it to mobiles because on psp you have to press buttons and modern phones almost dont have buttons
