Own both, PDP is the better gun
Hands down
Agreed. I like Glock, but they are overrated.
Not for concealed carry. With that overly tall grip and bulky slide, it's about the worst design possible.
I own both. The PDP is the more refined feel-good gun, but the G45 is the better shooter. For a real self-defense situation, I'd take the G45.
I agree. With the pdp, i actually habe to make an effort to track the dot during recoil. With the glock, not really
0:15 looks like Glock is the wine 🍷
I'd rather have wine, I mean Walther
PDP
I took your advice from the 1st video you posted on the PDP and I’ve had it since and I’m very happy with it. Thanks Hammer striker 😊
I'm surprised you didn't compare the full size frame PDP with the 4inch barrel to the g45, but then I saw the grip comparison
Thx for the video. Incidentally, you can get the G45 in different colors, like OD green, ‘patriot brown’, and I think gray? Not sure about gray though. Again, thanks, I always enjoy your videos.
Felt recoil pulse should be better on the PDP for the cost and the reputation. It was more hype more than anything. Plus the adjustable plastic sights, shouldn't be... I'm not a Stryker fired pistol fan, but I do have a GENIV G19, PDP PRO, and a Canik SFX Rival. The Canik shoots better than both the Glock and PDP. Again I think the PDP was more hype more than anything, and Walther is a damn good brand.
Stop it, you gonna piss off these Walther and Glock fan Boyz, lol. I own the PDP and G45. I had to change the recoil spring on the PDP to have it shoot close to as flat as the G45.
But screw both these guns, I picked up a Taurs GX4 a few months ago, and it's become my favorite pistol. It feels and shoots like a big gun in a small package...
PDP PRO SD all the way....hands down
PDP ergonomics are second only to the VP9 H&K
I own H&K, Glock, Walther, Sig Sauer and CZ. All full size, long barrels. It's very hard to pick only one if I had to.
My PDP Pro SD Compact shipped with 3 18 rounders.
Both are amazing imo, but have interesting distinctions…. Out of the box, Walter, imo, hands down is the winner. Bash and dash durability and availability Glock is the choice… easy to work on and find parts.
I’d pick the Walter every day of the week and twice on sundays,,
What about Saturdays?!?
@@HammerStriker I go to church on sundays, in the morning and evening,, that’s what I meant by twice on Sundays👍
My favorite cz p10.
Thanks for the content, buy the way, Im a wine drinker...
Either works, but be comfortable with the choice. Firearms matter, but some of us will never want a beer thingy.
Walther PDP all day!!
Just get both of them
With your shooting technique, crossed thumbs low on grip, slow fire, not much difference. With a thumbs higher and forward grip and rapid fire, probably Glock shoots better for most people.
I agree! It's that grip angle. It forces your wrist to lock
The PDP should stand for *Personnel Defense Pistol* NOT *Performance Duty Pistol*
Own both, glock is the better gun
What the flock another comparison to the Glock!? I can just see the fanboys already bashing the PDP in the comments. I see young Hammer shooting the Glock better then the PDP. Impressive.
And PDP lovers hating on the Glock . I have both they are about equal
Glock works. Walther does it better.
Indudablemente el diseño de Glock, casi un dinosaurio, es superior al de la Walther.
The G26 is still a wonderful choice!
The reason why people modify their glocks is because it's not good. The only accessory you need to improve the PDP is training.
I like both but the PDP grip, quality and performance are superior, but i still prefere the look of the glock for some reason, maybe because of the slide simplicity, color and size ratio aesthetics, but i definitely like the PDP grip looks, texture and ergonomics.
Also I don't like most handguns Picatinny rails, they are too sharp and noticeable, unlike the Glock rails which are aesthetically subtle yet functional
👍👍🇺🇸
I enjoy your reviews and I have never liked a Glock and gave never owned one however I have five different Walthers and I absolutely love them. My personal opinion is that a Glock is one of tge ugliest handguns and I know pretty doesn't make it a good gun but the feel of a Glock doesn't fit my hand and they feel awkward. Thank you
He fell slow and sloppy damn!!
P365 x macro comp no more
Cz over glock Walther over Glock m&p over glock Taurus over glock
Cool story bro. Too bad Glock still out sells and out performs all of those 😂🤡. But man Glock is really living in your head rent free.
Get 2 PSA Daggers and some Glock mags instead.
Between the two, Walther all day long. I just do not like Glocks.
This is not beer vs wine. This is two handguns being compared. I personally would take the Glock 100%. Glock has much better bore axis. The PDP’s bore axis is horrible. If anything the only reason to take the PDP would be if you are one of the people who complain about Glocks grip angle (which I have 0 issue with). But to each their own.
