Bill Dean joined Arnold in 1964 to create what would become arguably the biggest factor in the dramatic return of the draft horse industry in America. I'm sure it happens. If a kill buyer can get a good price for the horse. Some people view horses as food too. Like many in American eat beef, chicken, and pork.
