Definitely agree I have decided despite having more room available I don’t want to add an additional rack and I’ll just upgrade and move stuff out to help add to someone else’s collection

100% people get to upgrade from your upgrades! Lol

100% While I do plan to add another rack next year, I'm cycling out animals before the next breeding season. I'm hoping to upgrade my collection because someone else is doing the same. I hate to call it a pyramid, but it really is in a way. Anything not at least 100% Het is on its way out to open up valuable space for other animals to actually further my projects.

I have a normal male ball python. He was my first snake. He has lived in tanks, home made racks , now a 55 in an ARS rack. He will never leave here. He got me started. I made every mistake with him. This was a good video....but you will regret selling that lemon blast some day.
Trim the fat, not your history.

Trimming the fat is my history brother. It's why I'm where I'm at today!

@@SNKELTD yep. I get it. I' trim every year. But I'd never sell my first snake. His tub is labeled het freeloader. Wild caught or active hatched the pet store wasn't sure. I got him in 2005 as a yearling. Some snakes are worth more than tub space. So he eats asfs about 6 times a year lmao and takes up space. Wouldnt have it any other way.

Really want to start to get in to but is it profitable every year like electricity bill and food/ bedding cost? To start getting profitable?

It is if you're doing it right! Can't be producing $50 snakes
