Really informative and very well done overall. The great photography is wonderfully appropriate and is a huge rebuke to those too lazy to employ genuine reference material as opposed to some nonsensical, AI- generated garbage. Many thanks for this excellent and educational episode. KUTGW.
Haguro sinking was like Becketts death in pirates of Caribbean as British destroyers mange to sink one Japanese cruiser. British destroyers survived the night battle. 320 haguro survivors that’s more than uss Indianapolis survivors only 316 men
My thinking is very heavily influenced by Buddhism, and it is utterly sad to me that this occurred. These men were uselessly sacrificed for imperialism and "national honor."
With the appointment of someone named Manley Power as flotilla commander, Haguro's fate was sealed.

When Captain Ohno saw the british destroyers he said...
Oh, no, you didn't go there, did you? Oh ....
“Do you see torpedo boats?”
Sir....boats no......torpedoes ye........
@@grizwoldphantasia5005 Oh yes! ;-)
They "repaired" no. 2 turret. No guns, no problem.
Thanks for posting!
Great video. People should also check out Historgraph's visual interpretation of the battle
Cool stuff 👍
Capt. Oh no! Bad day at sea....
RIP to everyone lost.
having learned something new,
the silly thumbs up thing has been clicked upon,
and here is the requested comment.
The Last Gunfight
A fine ship. To end up as a cargo transport………

Wasnt there a little panic onboard british destroyers after first torpedo hit, that the allied unit may have blown up? I thought it was part of story.
