Client retention is everything.
There is no point in signing clients if you struggle to keep them.
One of the most important aspects of client retention is having a world class support system.
Many agencies believe that retention is solely centred around delivering great results.
Whilst this is somewhat true, it isn’t the only thing that plays a part.
Having a solid support system goes an extremely long way, to the point where even if you aren’t delivering the desired results, a world class support system can keep clients for longer that you’d expect.
So it’s important to shift your perspective from delivering great results in order to retain clients, to delivering a great SERVICE.
This not only includes delivering excellent results but a great client experience as well.
In this video, I’m going to be going over the exact support system that I used for over 350+ clients, which allowed me to deliver an incredible client experience.

@@charliemofficial Hi Charlie I love your videos! I had a question. I have an agency got a client recently and the acc got insta ban with no explanation didnt brake any ad policy. The ad didnt get rejected just flat out got shut down. Anyways do you know a way to avoid this or what do you do in this situation to have a backup for clients? Iv tryed many things just not sure how I should do it on Facebook anymore. Im just stuck and dont want to be in this situation again without a backup plan. Thx for all your videos.
