Christian is the one guy I feel could have been so much more than he was in WWE. I really wanted him to get that push and I feel like WWE let him and his fans down. I’m happy he’s found success elsewhere.

Christian deserved much better in WWE both before and after his TNA run. Vince just insisted to hold him back over and over again. Christian Cage is easily one of the best and most complete talents ever!
Christian Cage is easily still one of the very best both in the ring and on the mic. One of the most underrated wrestlers who deserves much more credit than he gets. I hope he wins many more Titles including the AEW World Championship.

It took William Jason Reso to turn 50 to finally get the respect he deserves, and he’s back in the same company as his bro Adam Copeland.

It's part of the character bruv. A turtle neck is often associated with assholes which is Christians character. He's an asshole who thinks he's better than everyone else. Does he need the turtle neck no, but it adds to the character so why not.
So I made a list of all the male Canadian wrestlers last week for fun. And i was surprised by just how high I had Cristian on the list. He's in the top 5 over guy's like Jericho and edge for me. Honestly looking back at edges career I've started to think edge was way over rated and Christian surpassed him pretty fast as a single talent.
Can you imagine if Chris Benoits son joined AEW? Sadly, he won't. He's tried for years to get approved to wrestle, but no company wants him and he's being punished for what his dad did
This is the difference between Christian Cage and Adam Copeland. Cage has found a niche that has allowed his character to evolve. Edge still feels like the broke that broke his neck all those years ago. And that recent injury is a reminder of that.
