I know you may think this is crazy especially if you look at my avatar but after watching your video I went and picked out a wooden dowel rod from my woodworking shop. I starting doing this as therapy for the arthritis in my hands and fingers. I think this will be great exercise for them! Thanks for the inspiration. Also it will help the dexterity for controlling my RC's..

I started learning baton twirling at the only baton twirling organisation in Shetland which is the SHETLAND BATON TWIRLERS who completed in national and international show all over the uk (btw Shetland is the most northern island of the U.K.) 😍💙😂😁😊❤️💫✨💯👌🏻😊😄
Ok I am a sub to rc saylors ran into these more so on accident (my 8 year old girl loves these tutorials) I was prone to be more of a heckler shoot some spoof videos poke a lil fun. In my haste of trying actually found it beneficial to arthritic hands/fingers No it is not a cure all but it does help with some of the joint pain felt in fingers and keeping them not exactly loose not as stiff and painful.
That’s basically the way I’ve been doing it except I skip the 2- middle fingers on the way back. Right to the thumb and into the next spin but it’s not super fast.
