There are a couple of questions that I have. How much does the unit cost? How much are the cartridges and how many do you get? How long would you say each cartridge will last? Thanks for the review.

Love my Coravin. Longest I’ve had one last was 6 months…. Was a 2013 Catena Zapata Cabernet Malbec. I’ve a model2. Have to watch out for alternative closures….bent a needle or two on glass and plastic corks 🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️

I love mine as well. I always open the bottle with synthetic corks. Those closers always leak on me. Some wines with traditional corks have leaked on me as well so I sometimes put the bottle upside down to check if the bottle is going to leak. I think I may use it tonight to try one of my bottles of St. Michael-Eppan Lahn Sauvignon 2020.

Have you tested against the original needle through cork device?

Unfortunately, I, personally, don't have a Coravin with a needle. I have a close friend that swears by it but I can't vouch for it myself. I feel like that product review would take years though.
