Tbh na ivlo life style change pani 1yr mela aagudu and yoga Ella pandra person na.. and enaku last month water thaa main reason adhu nala enaku Typhoid and jaundice vandruchu doc kita ponaduku fever thaa first treatment parthanga enga kita hide panaga but edhunala thrla nanga aprm doc kita pesi enna veetuku kooptu vanga naatu marundu thaan sapten 2times 15days gap vitu thaan saptdu today blood test eduthen direct and indirect bilirubin normal even though I strictly followed my diet as veg foods not include nonveg as one yr (chicken and egg) and last month liver infection sonnaga yesterday scan eduthadula enaku cure aachu na foods la salt and spicy oil ilama.tha sapdre but limited ellame ...

Really good informative content. I felt fullness in right abdomen when i ate fat related foods. When i consulted 2 doctors with blood report and ultra sound, they told me to change my life style. But they didn’t explain all these about liver. Now i could understand why they told me change my diet. Its for reversing the effects i did for past 2 years.
