I would recommend joining a local team as a new agent. Learn the ropes from the best, boots on the ground. Later, once you have the basics, joining exp or real with a good organization can be beneficial :)
Great great stuff Eric the last 15 min I always find it hard to explain peoples pedigree with out it coming off comparative a bit sales smelly "I'll never sell 150 houses next year" without coming off exclusive instead how do I describe these things and come off inclusive great tight rope dance. its hard
People don’t realize that other brokers recruit. I was the same until i was at old broker and heard them talking about recruiting and also seeing postings on Facebook
Hi! Upon doing research on UA-cam, I've found that most of the successful agents at EXP have prior experience being an agent. I've always known that what ever I do for my career, I want to master it and eventually help others become successful as well. This is what attracts me to the EXP model as it will allow me to do that. However, I'm skeptical only because I am a new agent. I was thinking of joining Keller Williams my first 6 months, or really until I get my feet wet, then switch to EXP (OR) Jump straight into EXP. What do you honestly think about joining as a new agent? How will I get clients to have that trust in me when I'm limited on what I can show for it? Besides how I will market the property, and providing knowledge? Thanks!

Great video Eric! Would you recommend Exp for a new agent? If so how would you recommend a new agent 'start' in Exp? Thanks! (From North Carolina)

Haha yea.. They used to hire me to do recruitment ads. It's funny when you get behind the scenes how they are all about it.

Jump straight into EXP.
