The Peter Lik homes truly are like works of art, but offer no views and aren’t in guard gated communities like The Ridges or MacDonald Highlands. Gosh, love the white porcelain? floor but that ceiling if a family member is 6'3" gonna hit his head? those spacious rooms are a plus I'll invite friends to have a ballroom dancing, HOA?
