    I have been counting my macros for almost a year and so successful…… but I never really understood and couldn’t answer a lot of questions people asked me….. u have taught me so much in the videos I have watched. Thank you so much

    LOVE this. 2 things: stop drinking alcohol!!!!!!!, and I consider calories a 4th macro, since I am sober.

    So, why then did the RD I saw tell me to only get 70 grams of protein a day to lose weight? Probably because she had me at 1300 calories? This should not all be so complicated. I hear something different from everyone!

    Was there a mistake in the Shaquille O'Neil example? You said he needs at least 20g of protein per day and then say he can sit down to eat 70g or 80g of protein 3 times a day and optimize...

      It is 200gr of protein, not 20 gr… but mistakes happen mostly when you’re really into very high energy talking about things you like 😄
      It happens to me sometimes when I’m filming 🎥😉
