Sour Cream Pound Cake | SweetsMin

I made a rich and moist sour cream pound cake~
Allow the butter, egg, and sour cream to come to room temperature before baking.
Ingredients:
(17 x 8 x 6cm pan)
70g unsalted butter
80g sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1 large egg (65g w/ shell)
100g cake flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
90g sour cream
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Bake at 170°C for 10 minutes. Make a cut in the middle of the cake. Continue baking for 25 minutes.
Total baking time 35 minutes.

Yes, yogurt is a good substitute! I recommend getting greek yogurt or any full-fat yogurt~😊

Well I’ve tried it and I don’t think u gave the right recipe cuz all the ingredients are small amount and 1 egg?! And Idk it taste good but no please gave us the right thing 😭

Sorry to hear it didn't turn out well for you. Did you use the right size pan? The pan size is 17 x 8 x 6cm. The large egg I used weighs around 65g with the shell, so yes one egg works with this recipe.
