I was hesitant about wearing a low top for ankle protection but have had no problem. Forgot they were lows after hooping in them. Traction has been as good as any: I never play on outside courts. A wipe or two and they're good to go on a decent court. Super supportive, my foot stays locked in at the heal, really comfortable. Bought them true to size and I have a wide foot. I just adjusted the laces to be a bit looser around the middle while tightening at the ankle: no problem. Great shoes, I'll cop another pair as they're on sale now. Highly recommend. I can attest to the traction issue. I tried the Maroon and the Black/White colorways instore. The maroon's outsole is very sleek to touch kinda harder than the black white. The black ones have the same tacky feel as the white outsole of the Volume1. I tried them on foot, and tested the traction. The black white ones definitely feel grippy versus the maroon and it squeaks, the maroon not so much and it slides on the floor a little bit. There's 'something' funky about the compound they used on the maroon colorway you know.

My last pair of running shoes I used before I switch over to the LBJ 11 soldiers was the LunarEpic Gen1 ... I still wear the LBJ Sders11 for my workout/jump rope shoe but I used these Hardens as my everyday shoe to walk and run my errands in ... basketball shoe soles just last longer for my particular body build and wear pattern and comfort.. These are absolutely one of the most comfortable shoes I have bought for every day use, for me ... I copped the grey pair for $80 out the door and then recently got the olive colorway on for $74 out the door

Slippage from time to time as well as I had to move the upper most top lace to the 3rd eyelet down to get more lock down in the heel. Overall I think HV2 is a solid performer and I’ll defiantly be picking up additional color ways as these begin to wear out. What I like about these more vs the V1’s is. I feel like these are more versatile in terms of a lifestyle shoe as well. 🔥🤙🏼
I got the orangeish mango pair. Couldn’t tell you why they cost more. I paid $70 but I’m really looking forward to playing in them. I took a break for a few years but will be getting right back into it real soon

SPAGGHETT it can be tight from the mid foot and to the ankle area if you lace it properly(i think it feels amazing) its not super tight in the forefoot but i think i could have went down half a size.....i would recommend this shoe....i never noticed it being too loose...fits like s glove
