While calculating apparent wind direction it should be taken -30° or -150° because the anemometer is showing 150° Port side of ship???

How to identify height of tide? Theres no computation for that. You will just look visual the waves and calculate the speed of true wind to compare the speed of the wind in Beaufort table.
