Firstly, very innovative--great job. This should have been made bigger--large enough to fit/cut 4x8 plywood.
If you have a problem with machine noise and your surrounding with the same noise build a noise box and operate the saw with the switches... good idea! 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍🤗🇨🇭
What would it be used for?. That i could not do faster by pushing the saw by hand.

The ideas are amazing. Very innovative.
Maybe you can put a dust vacuum box attached to the machine complete with a hose to suck dust particles from flying on the work area as for the health safety aspect as an improvement.

I honestly can't figure out the purpose of this? Don't get me wrong its cool well built it would take more time to set up then to cut it.

It's a cool project, just trying to figure out some practical applications where moving the saw automatically has a benefit. It's almost a reverse miter jig.
Exactly my thoughts. Don't get me wrong because cool build but don't see why and benefit. So don't see this as hate but more a question.
Have you considered replacing the drill and threaded rod with a linear actuator? Keep on designing & building.

Not a bad idea, you should have added an extra plug connection and rigged up a vacuum attachment to eliminate all the wood dust especially settling onto the power board.

Ok! Laik! Aspiration problems can be solved by installing a common casing on the circulation saw. This is very convenient when auto-feeding. Good luck!
