Maybe you are a tenor or a low. So no matter how hard you try, this to voice types cant reach very high notes. It doesnt mean at all that you cant sing. Its just this voice types cant really reach high notes.
That’s cuz most of us don’t know it, but we’re actually singing an octave higher

Yeah, it's possible to train your voice to sing lower or higher than you are used to.
