Now I’m 61 and I still do push-ups every day ! I easily rip 50 and do multiple sets . I incorporated resistance bands and I have my body back. Some body weight squats that doesn’t hurt your back and planks . Joe is a great motivator and this video goes outside the box we usually find ourselves living in . Thanks Joe ❤️

We all need to worry about ourselves instead of worrying about other peoples opinion. I have found that self talk, positive thinking and visualization is something everyone should practice. Leave the negativity to the person that’s always complaining and you will see how much more you will truely change for the best. Everyone has issues in life, if we want to overcome them use them as fuel for the fire and become very driven. This is where people fall short, you have to want everything in life even if it sucks in that moment. You have to embrace the suck, once you do that nothing will step in your way!

Joe is telling the truth, I hated myself for years because my word meant shit, i would say i would do something, then i wouldnt, and i would let myself down, subconsciously training myself to not believe in myself, not have confidence in myself
All of that is fucking changing, everyday i put myself through pain and discomfort

But when I get that lazy urge I know that’s when I demand my self to get up and going. Keeping a schedule and completing a schedule is the ultimate goal. Yes I have friends that say I am crazy but then they are also the ones that want my advice. Make it a habit and everything else will fall into place. Oh yes and go to bed early. God bless!

When I was young I was badly bullied over my weight. To the point where the bullies would threaten to hurt my mom if I refused to embarrass myself in front of strangers. Every day on the bus home from school I was to perform push-ups when I got off the bus, or they would hurt me. I have to laugh about this now as over time I lost weight and got stronger because of those bullies. It’s horrible what they did to me, laughing at me and making fun of me, but they made me a stronger person both physically and mentally.

"I always tell people the best thing you could ever do is force yourself to a schedule. Just write it down. Like today I have to do an hour on the treadmill. One hour. No matter what. Even if you're ****ing walking. That's today. And don't even crush yourself every day, take some time off, but set those days of the week." ― Joe Rogan

I’ve been told I’m very grown up for my age, though living with dyslexia which isn’t the disability I first thought, though with everyone learning the one way, it makes it hard to learn the same way as other, once I fail at something ten times over I normally master it, better than other in some cases. I have a lot of energy, hell I have more energy than I know what to do with, though finding the drive is where I’ve always struggled. It’s been a good 15 years of learning and working my are off and now I’m 31 I still have nothing to show for it, I feel as though I am that loser you speak of Joe. Even though I refuse to stay in depression, I’m normally too energetic for most people, in the last three years I’ve become severely constipated, even though I eat a healthy diet and get plenty of exercise. I’ve been to doctor after doctor and no one seems to find a cause....am I just too anxious ? Can anxiety really cause such serious issues ? Or am I just being soft ?

People trying to take down Joe Rogan, concentrate on building yourselves instead of taking down other people you don't agree with
