^_^ Thanks! Also, keep in mind this game spans a pretty long time, and over the game Zack gets more mature, and starts sounding the part as well. So mid way though he doesn't sound as kiddish.
Zack is indeed a breath of fresh air for all the Emo-ness LOL "Oh yeah!" LOL No wonder he is so loved! wHY IDD THEY KILL HIM DAMNABIT! It was so hard to beat the game and then BAAM the hero dies. How nice.
Lol Loved the part when he jumped I was like: Look! It's a bird! It's a plain! It's!.....A dude with spiky hair? Still one of the besy games I've ever played!
Zack's "Oh Yeah" just ripped me to shreds when I first saw/heard it. It's just so funny, so unexpected, and so brilliantly introduces Zack's 'Puppy Dog' personality that's so lovable.
My final File in the Japanese version was 45 Hours with petty much all the missions complete . My current English version is at 29 hours. like half way though.
@JubaMYName This is a video game called Final Fantasy Crisis Core made only for the psp. You can watch cutscenes and the opening and ending online, but the true experience is the game. There is no movie other than Last Stand which is a cartoon.
I started playing this game a couple of days ago (FINALLY, i've been dieing to play it!) and as soon as this scene was over I was already in love with the game xD LoL It was an amazing opening. The music is beautiful, the animatin is gorgeous, and how can you not like Zack? haha
@Theroguesunit6 Masters ? It's Curaga and Barrier. Yes I'm sure, they do, but I haven't played in a while. Barrier lowers damage whilst Curaga heals an enormous amount of health, though it takes more MP.
Zack was around before Cloud was. Cloud was just a MP in ShinRa. Angeal was the original owner of the Buster Sword, who passed it to Zack when Zack was forced to fight him, where Zack passed it to Cloud when Zack died outside of Midgar.
Badass. I also like how he has a deadpan face then all of a sudden shouts out, "Oh Yeah!" and like the guys shouting at him to get serious. Angeal tells Zack to get serious, he just lets loose.
No, the Crisis Core guide book has all their ages. I know what you mean, but I think that it was only maybe a couple days that Zack managed to keep them both alive on their way to Midgar, and then maybe a few months until Cloud meets Tifa after that.
Cloud is 2 years younger than Zack, so he is 14 when Crisis Core starts, but I think he's either 15 or 16 by the time you first see him. I'm not quite sure, though. He is 17 in the Nibelheim incident, making him 21 after he and Zack escape the lab.
FFVII was the original game. Then was released a full length CGI movie FFVII: Advent Children (story 2 years after the original FFVII game), next was FFVII: Dirge of Cerberus (a year after the AC movie), and at last, but not least, came the FFVII: Crisis Core (story starting about 7-8 years before the original FFVII and ending just before the first game, telling about). There's also a mobile game FFVII: Before Crisis (telling about Turks' missions), but as far as I know, it's Japanese exclusive.
@greyfoxx55 true, but as people wondered about certain facts that took place before the original release, Square released Crisis Core, delving deeper into the events that led up to one of its biggest sellers. And as one of the games optional characters, Vincent Valentine, became one of the more popular characters, Square released Dirge of Cerberus, which explored his past more throughly than 7 actually did. Release- wise= FFVII is first -> CC -> DOC Timeline-wise= Crisis Core -> FFVII -> DOC
@biggerben2010 Lmao. No, this was set back in the 20th century where you could cast spells like blizzard, and there was green ooze flowing out everywhere on earth.
*hugs* Thank you for getting it in english!!! I want this game so much, but I don't have a PSP. Oh well, that's why I've got UA-cam lol. *hugs* Again I thank you...if you ever get the end cutscene in english. Comment me or something to let me know. PLZ, I'm not asking you to do so, but just incase you do.
And don't forget about a short (of only 20 min. length) anime, FFVII: Last Order, telling with details about the incident in Nibelheim (which is the main trigger of events in the original FFVII), and also more about the escape of Zack and Cloud from Shinra Manor's laboratory.
I wonder what they are going to do next? Advent child left a number of ends loose (kadaj wanting to meet seperoith etc..) Dirge of Cirbus (angeal appearing at the end and saying there is still alot to be done) when's the next sequence?
lol you're right, it did look like Radditz! Forgot about that! I think they still kinda captured it though. I mean you know it's Zack when you look at the character.
@GpB217 You miss my point. I have really few doubts that any game Square-Enix makes will be a great game. There's no point in denying that they are amongst the best developers of the industry. But while years ago they were still interested in making games with souls, now they're just after our money. That's all.
He changes his hair when Angeal dies in a sort of way of being more mature, like Angeal was. It is, basically, a sort of memento to Angeal. It also helps to show that Zack is aging and that time is passing. XP
I think when Zack died.. Cloud was still getting over the Mako radiation sickness. And when he recovered, his memory was hazy, and he his last thoughts were the "Living legacy" that Zack spoke of. And thus, Cloud in his hazed thoughts, beleived he was actually Zack. And i think thats the whole idea of it. In my opinion anyway, don't slate me if i'm wrong
@Inyourfacebro it might be at a later date. or you can hack the vita to have a superior handheld console. the psp 3000 is what i was going for, but they didnt have any new ones. a preowned psp 3000 is £60 ($94)
Zack is a young SOLDIER 2nd Class who aspires to become 1st Class. He spends his days carrying out assignments under the guidance of his mentor, Angeal. During an operation in Wutai a large number of SOLDIERs, led by 1st Class operative Genesis, go missing. The severity of the situation prompts Shinra executives to deploy even more SOLDIER operatives in the hope of bringing an end to the war with Wutai.
you can play also play it on ps2/ps3 but its gonna be hard for you to find the game in stores though cause its so old. its better if you buy it online cause its easier to find.
lol, your very welcome. If and when I get to the game... Well, as I said before, Im still debating on weather or not to do it. At least if I did, it would be a LOT easier this time. Just... thats like a half hour of audio to recored, then another half hour of video to record after that... then putting it all together... *sigh* Ill see...
crisis core re-invented the whole of final fantasy the different gamplay was totaly great and i think that there should be more final fantasy games like this one
so zakc's hair chances? here when hes 2nd class it looks more spiky. while when he's 1st class his hair is like how it used to be. im guess its more like angeal since he has his hair style long like zack will in the future. not to mention zack will soon get the buster sword later on.
@whitefangjacklondon It...might be just you. I just finished the game and never did I feel that the mouth movements didn't match the voicing. In fact, it felt as though they could've made a version specifically for English! I know that's not the case but it felt that way. And...this *is* the English version of the game, the official one. Why the uploader screamed to not ask how they got it like it's just purely illegal or something, I don't know but they make themselves look very suspect, xD
@ChibitaMaora oh cool, i went to a game shop the other day and asked if they had FFVII CC and they are like No we dont and right there i was like so sad. well its because its an old game and they only restock the newer ones he said that some other shops have it in places i never heard of before -__-" i was sad the rest of the day
@stayawayfromtheshed Yep, it's my favorite game. If you liked anything from the Final Fantasy VII series, you have to play this. But I do recommend playing the original FFVII before playing this, but either way is fine. This is coming from someone who played the series in such a backwards order. Just keep in mind if u played VII you'll be going "oooh that's why..." and what not a lot. Anyway, I highly recommend this game. It's one of the few games that I can never get enough of
This looks like a really good game. I've already played the original Final Fantasy VII and Dirge of Cerberus, and I want to play Crisis Core, but I need to get a PSP once I get some money saved up.
XD Zack was hilariously cute when he did a little hand gesture and said "Oh yeah!"
I want this game badly, but I need to get a psp first.
when I heard zack said "oh yea" I was like dang this guy is a really happy guy. but he turned out to be a tight ass character.
I love how he gets pissed off at Angeal then shows him xD
One of, no, THE best game on the PSP hands down no discussion needed. Period.
I think from the moment he said, "oh yeah" I fell deeply in love.
^_^ Thanks!
Also, keep in mind this game spans a pretty long time, and over the game Zack gets more mature, and starts sounding the part as well. So mid way though he doesn't sound as kiddish.
It's been like 200 years since I played this game but I still can't get over Zack ;;;-;-;-;-;-;-;-;;; Dis feel
*Angeal says some serious stuff.*
"Oh yea!" - Zack
"Get serious!"- Angeal.
Hahaha. (: I love Zack
Zack is indeed a breath of fresh air for all the Emo-ness LOL
"Oh yeah!" LOL No wonder he is so loved! wHY IDD THEY KILL HIM DAMNABIT! It was so hard to beat the game and then BAAM the hero dies. How nice.
"Hello to you too!" Zack's like a little kid on sugar! It's sweet.
I'm so in love with Zack,he's the type of guy who can kick major ass and be super sweet.Okay, fangirl moment starts 3...2...1-EEEEP! lol
@JubaMYName This is a video game called Final Fantasy Crisis Core made only for the psp. You can watch cutscenes and the opening and ending online, but the true experience is the game. There is no movie other than Last Stand which is a cartoon.
omg i want this game so bad
Zack is AWESOME
thanks for sharing
I started playing this game a couple of days ago (FINALLY, i've been dieing to play it!) and as soon as this scene was over I was already in love with the game xD LoL It was an amazing opening. The music is beautiful, the animatin is gorgeous, and how can you not like Zack? haha

maan the 3d used here is close to perfection iv never seen a level of details like that before .
stuff like that is better that real world footage .
I totally agree. One of the most amazing games I have ever played.
Zack.... You're so cute! "Oh yeah!"
I like the description. " How I required it is not important"
No, the Crisis Core guide book has all their ages. I know what you mean, but I think that it was only maybe a couple days that Zack managed to keep them both alive on their way to Midgar, and then maybe a few months until Cloud meets Tifa after that.
one of the best games ive ever played. Super easy but the story/characters were fantastic and really engaged u.
Im with you! Zack has such a big heart and a beautiful smile^_^
dude Zack could make a freakin star at Track!!!!! LOOK HOW FAST AND AWESOME HIS JUMPS AND RUNNING WERE!!!!!!!!!
Cloud is 2 years younger than Zack, so he is 14 when Crisis Core starts, but I think he's either 15 or 16 by the time you first see him. I'm not quite sure, though. He is 17 in the Nibelheim incident, making him 21 after he and Zack escape the lab.
i love how he says"Oh yeah!" at the beginning^^
I want training like that, moves like that, and a job like that also with my own theme music as well and man I'd be living the life!
Release- wise= FFVII is first -> CC -> DOC
Timeline-wise= Crisis Core -> FFVII -> DOC
One of the best Final Fantasy openings.
thats awesome i cant wait to play this! thnx for upload
@MrDiablinho Crisis core is for PSP :p Dirge of Cerberus is for PS2.
Dissidia is where you can play as any hero of villain and fight any other character from any ff game
@EightCrimsonHearts : I sold so many of my DVD's so i could afford a PSP. Then i saved up for Crisis core. Yes, it was definetely worth it i agree.
@biggerben2010 Lmao. No, this was set back in the 20th century where you could cast spells like blizzard, and there was green ooze flowing out everywhere on earth.
That's how Cloud jumped off the train. They start showing the parallels soon.
A friend of mine told me about that so I heard an english clip of Crisis Core about Zack and Cloud when they first met.
i love that " hello to you too!"
If there wasn't Zack there wouldn't be a final fantasy 7 thx Zack
LOL! Yeah, agreed. And thanks! =) Hope you can get your copy soon!
*hugs* Thank you for getting it in english!!! I want this game so much, but I don't have a PSP. Oh well, that's why I've got UA-cam lol. *hugs* Again I thank you...if you ever get the end cutscene in english. Comment me or something to let me know. PLZ, I'm not asking you to do so, but just incase you do.
ha, nice. For a split second, I was just going to hit delete before reading the rest. :P you almost had me there!
But yes, its an amazing game.
@Theroguesunit6 I'm not sure though, sorry. It's been almost three years since I've last played Crisis Core.
I got all excited I thought this was a new Final Fantasy 7 movie. DAMN U LIFE !!!!!
And don't forget about a short (of only 20 min. length) anime, FFVII: Last Order, telling with details about the incident in Nibelheim (which is the main trigger of events in the original FFVII), and also more about the escape of Zack and Cloud from Shinra Manor's laboratory.
Er... what secret Phoenix Down? You use one before battle from your items menu, then you'll have the "Raise" status.
I wonder what they are going to do next?
Advent child left a number of ends loose (kadaj wanting to meet seperoith etc..)
Dirge of Cirbus (angeal appearing at the end and saying there is still alot to be done)
when's the next sequence?
hasnt anyone else really beat this game? just finished mine up last week. going through it on hard now. epic ending
Because this is a prequel, it takes place before Final Fantasy VII (I think Cloud is like 14 in this one).
@sonicshadowNT Angeal, he's Zack's mentor.
Thank you! ^^ And it's a great game, I just bought it myself.
why thumbs down? he is the one telling people the ending! thats just not fair
lol you're right, it did look like Radditz! Forgot about that! I think they still kinda captured it though. I mean you know it's Zack when you look at the character.
@GpB217 You miss my point. I have really few doubts that any game Square-Enix makes will be a great game. There's no point in denying that they are amongst the best developers of the industry. It's out in the US now.
i like how the sign just lifts up and then... boom! XD
Anyone notice how its the exact same beginning (and possibly first zone altogether) map from Final Fantasy 7? It's probably not a coincidence.
A timeless game.
Zack. ♥
Love this game, got to play it again sometime.
He changes his hair when Angeal dies in a sort of way of being more mature, like Angeal was. It is, basically, a sort of memento to Angeal.

Never bring a knife to a gun fight but you can definitely bring a sword. :)
Mission Start. It has different names depending on translation, but that's the closest translation.
@Inyourfacebro it might be at a later date. or you can hack the vita to have a superior handheld console. the psp 3000 is what i was going for, but they didnt have any new ones. a preowned psp 3000 is £60 ($94)
it would be so cool if these scenes became a movie!!!
hahaha. "Hello to you, too" laughed so hard i cried!
Zack is phantastic! but the music at the beginning makes me want to cry because I know what will happen at the end...echhh
@bjsdemon oh ya i know all that. im just saying that like people don't give 7 enough credit, it was a great game and started the whole ff7 series
when Zack first opened his mouth. i fell in love!
"Oh Yeah!" >.
its not suppose to show cloud and barret getting off the train,
this is before all that happens (prequel)
Zack is a young SOLDIER 2nd Class who aspires to become 1st Class. He spends his days carrying out assignments under the guidance of his mentor, Angeal. @greyfoxx55 Technically Crisis Core is set before FF7 so in a way Crisis Core is first
2:36
Troops: O_o bull-shit!
Zack: ^_^ (thinking: all those squats are finnaly paying off!)
you can play also play it on ps2/ps3 but its gonna be hard for you to find the game in stores though cause its so old. its better if you buy it online cause its easier to find.
this is amazing
lol, your very welcome. If and when I get to the game... Well, as I said before, Im still debating on weather or not to do it. At least if I did, it would be a LOT easier this time.

@unhappylife94
it is a PSP game
and no you can find it in Europe also
I do not know where you live but I think you will find it =)
1:20 - 1:21
"Oh yeah!"
Another game begging to become a meme.
^_^ Yep. I know I will definitely try to get the Gen/Seph/Ang fight up!
crisis core re-invented the whole of final fantasy the different gamplay was totaly great and i think that there should be more final fantasy games like this one

he is cool when he says "Come and Get it!"
@whitefangjacklondon It...might be just you. I just finished the game and never did I feel that the mouth movements didn't match the voicing. In fact, it felt as though they could've made a version specifically for English! I know that's not the case but it felt that way. And...this *is* the English version of the game, the official one. Why the uploader screamed to not ask how they got it like it's just purely illegal or something, I don't know but they make themselves look very suspect, xD
this is my fav psp game so far
i love when zack says oh yeah!
@ChibitaMaora oh cool, i went to a game shop the other day and asked if they had FFVII CC and they are like No we dont and right there i was like so sad. well its because its an old game and they only restock the newer ones he said that some other shops have it in places i never heard of before -__-" i was sad the rest of the day
how tight!! finally a reason for me to get a PSP!
XD Sorry sorry, I got sidetracked doing Missions. Im almost at a Genisis Part (his intro), Ill record that part and ATTEMPT to get better audio. :P
Wow, Zack's voice is great :D
"SOLDIER 2nd Class Zack, on the job!"
Well, Angeal is Zack's mentor, and Zack looked up to him like Cloud looked up to Zack, so him imitating his mentor's style isn't too surprising
can't help but fell for him
@stayawayfromtheshed Yep, it's my favorite game. If you liked anything from the Final Fantasy VII series, you have to play this. you see, he says they DONT fight the troops, and says he understands, and later he says, why ARE we fighting shinra troops? ;)
Oh, I dont mind... If they want to see how it ends without playing it, all the power to them. Just... its a hell of a lot of work...
This looks like a really good game. I've already played the original Final Fantasy VII and Dirge of Cerberus, and I want to play Crisis Core, but I need to get a PSP once I get some money saved up.
