Hi rommel, in my experience yes, it is correct. It will lose its yellow variegation or stripes. So, it depends on your purpose of propagating the leaf cuttings. :)

Hi Ourida, bird droppings are also good fertilizer but it should be very dry and doesn't contain harmful micro organisms that may damage the plant. I suggest using a regular soil / garden soil, or cocopeat with perlites, or even soil less medium :)
Hi Ferdaus, brown spots on sasevieria leaf may indicate too much sunlight or due to heat. If not, it maybe caused by over watering. In my experience, I only water the sansevieria when they are dried :)
Nice but u could have cut short the repetitions. Yes, I too plant the cuttings. The roots have come but new plant hasn’t come yet . May be it’s little over two months. So will wait.😊. I did not know that I shud keep in shade.
Hi Pak Tain, to make a yellow color babies, you should propagate by dividing only the plant. This is a plant cuttings propagation so it produced pure green baby snake plants :)

I cut the leaves and put in vases with river rocks and planted the roots in soil.

Hola Marife, en mi experiencia, tal vez el tamaño de la olla que estás usando. Intenta usar una maceta grande para que crezcan muy bien :)

Hi Maddi, sorry for replying too late. You can get the same variety with yellow stripes by propagating it using its rhizomes and division method :)

Every time u propagate yellow sansevieria by leaf cutting u get green ones, if u need new yellow sansevieria u can propagate it by dividing only :)
