ANOTHER BLAST TUT KENNY
Really enjoyed this tutorial! If you can please make more of these and maybe dive deep in how to make a gradient glass material instead of using an image. That would be awesome!
Absolutely! Thanks for the suggestion!
great stuff
Thanks for yourt awsome tutorials!
No problem! Glad you enjoyed!
Awesome
Please make a tutorial on glass dispersion.
Hey i dont know if you can help me in this but i just started learning blender today, im efficient in after effects tho but trying to expand my workflow. The thing is im doing a website video where i want to use 3d glass balls flying in the environment of the website. The whole project is made in after effects and most of the layers are in 3d space with a solid background. So my question is how do i create a rotating ball here and take it in after effects and paste it in the scene in front of my website and it still remains transparent. Do i have to take a screenshot of the scene in after effects and use that as hdri or something?
Hello! Although I do not know after-effects, you can easily export transparent PNG-frames within Blender. You have to utilize the output settings to do so!
More tutorial please!
:)
Lovely tutorial, but coming from a real-time game engine workflow, the viewport noise is killing me. Isn't there something easier on the eyes for work in progress before the final render? I feel like all the nice lighting in the world isn't worth the noise messing with my eyes on every click.
Turn on Viewport De-Noising!
💯
This isn't beginner friendly tutorial. Had to look every single step that you do in another tutorials. You're constantly hitting shortcuts and jumping from screen to screen to fast.
Thanks for the feedback! I will keep this in mind for future tutorials!
