While she was driving. The husband committed suicide after that. Is that what humanity wants for each other? I can't believe anyone would do this. Toronto is already the most surveilled city in Canada. But it's still easy to avoid them. Look at a map there's nothing but farm land and forest 30 mins north of the CN Tower. Even less time depending on where you are.
