@@mrluss1718 Yeahs sure but if he is trying to build triceps it would be better to close the gap between his arms and his torso.
I walk 2.4 miles to and from school (4.8 miles total) and have study sessions, get home at 5:30, workout for an hour then until 8 I will usually do homework and revision. Time management can be hard, but it is useful to get your workout out the way before study.

Quick tip to anyone doing bicep curls with dumbells or elastics, make sure after every rep you straighten your arm full. I've seen it happen before, where a mass quantity of half reps can shorten the muscles linking your biceps to forearms. As a consequence of this it is very easy to become injured with any kind of over extension. Hope this helps some of you with reducing potential injuries. Keep up the work Joe

Just a quick question but how do you keep you abs defined while bulking I have only been bulking for just over a week and I have already lost my abs. And I I have even made my workout more intense and introduced a ab workout but there is still not sign of my abs 😂👍🏻
