Joe's gonna be 200 pounds and still gonna call himself a skinny kid.
200 pounds at his height (6”4) is VERY different from your average Joe like say 5”10. On Joe it will look skinny on a normal man pretty big, much harder for the larger framed fellas to fill out I’m afraid.
@@psilocybinenthusiast5200 even at 5ft 10, 200lb isnt crazy big it depends more on your body frame. My bro is legit 100kg and this guy isnt huge just big legs and big arms and a gut but he doesnt look huge because of his body frame and hes 5ft 11.

I was there once man. I remember being 18 and 155lbs when I started in the gym. I am now 29 and currently weigh 225lbs at around 12% bodyfat. Stick to the plan and eat eat eat

You should clear up for the people that don’t know and that will go and waste money on a new barbell when they don’t need one.... it’s not that the old bar spins, Olympic barbells are meant to spin evenly. The reason it feels uncomfortable and that it fell off of jacks back will be because the bar is bent and spinning unevenly thus sending the weight in a direction that you cannot control 🙃

Mate, I've been cycling for a good while now and am in the best shape of my life. I find that the cardio helps me stay somewhat lean even when I bulk. Plus the heart is great greatful for it after neglecting cardiovascular activity for so long due to the fear of it affecting the gains

Going for a run is not directly useful for gaining weight, but indirectly it is. I recommend you to watch the video "Why You SHOULD Run if You Want to Build Muscle!" by The Bioneer. Its very interesting and well explained, why running is beneficial for building muscle.
