I like Grundig RTR's, very well built. But when the belt breaks, it's a world of pain to replace them. On my Grundig TK18 I'd have to remove the whole head assembly and half of the FF/REW mechanism.
hi i do know there was tape decks that had upper lower tracks and you could push the buttons to make the tape go the way ff rew mode some had 7 1/2 lot of the decks had 3 3/4 alot of them in the start of the 60's and in the 70's there used to be alot of low cost decks like 4 track mono decks
hi my dad had a tk7 1957 he said could be of this seck got me in to reel to reel i have alot of them big time will not say how many it's alot up to 14 inch decks note a betacam sp can out do the decks for the money now
