Some people might not like it but I like how the podcast is structured..it’s more of a vibe where you just chilling and talking to your friends and that’s wat makes it more real and authentic ❤️

So so proud of you Queen! And Domi! 🥹💕 honestly your podcast is really starting to grow on me. I really feel like it’s going to be soo impactful for a lot of young women! The gems y’all gave in this episode were wonderful 💎 as women, I feel like we’re always pouring into everyone else’s cup, always making sure everyone’s comfortable and we end up realizing that we’ve lost ourselves in the process or haven’t given ourselves that same care / love back. This episode was definitely a reminder to spend time tending to myself and my own self care, whatever that may be and getting to know myself more 🩷

I think the major feedback I can give y’all is letting each other finish talk. its probably an ADHD thing (I know queen shared she does or feel like she has ADHD) because when I have a thought on my mind I need to get it out and i notice others may interpret it as being disrespectful when literally it’s the mind wanted to just share a thought.
To avoid this I’d suggest getting a little cute dry erase board or notebook and just jot down what you’ll like to say once the person finishes talking. If the conversation goes off topic, when the opportunity presents itself, reintroduce the topic and share what you wanted to share.

I totally agree. I adore queen but she doesn’t let her friend speak and her friend exudes passiveness energy so she’s not gonna be assertive and take control and make Queen let her finish. You forget her point when Queen interrupts her. Overall I love this and look forward to supporting this new journey for both of them as a unit.

What helps me is time management. There is so much time in a day. You just have to acknowledge it, and take it for yourself.
Domi and Queen got the grown woman and mature podcast going on I love to see that.
It’s not your partner’s responsibility to make sure you are giving yourself love. You have to already love yourself before the relationship.

I been married 19 years and just learning and loving me and taking time for me and my husband is very understanding of it so you can do it in a relationship when your partner cares about your peace and happiness as much as you do theirs

Self love to me is you have to truly love yourself. You put yourself first especially in a relationship, you can’t love someone else more than you love yourself. That’s how you lose yourself and who you are as a person.

Love this ❤ it definitely hits for me because I’ve been with my husband since we were 14. I never really had time to figure myself out. I did go to college after high school but even then, I didn't do much hanging out or meeting people. We have a daughter now, so i definitely be consumed.
I can agree to that I’ve been with my husband since I was a senior in high school, went to college got pregnant my first year and now we have twins so it’s been very consuming

I think it’s possible to give self love in relationships but you have to have individuality. And you have to make it a priority
I love these podcasts because for many of us we have been watching Queen from her first marriage and from the days before she had CJ. And it’s refreshing seeing her evolvement as a person separate and apart from her having a husband or a partner. You can definitely be in an relationship while prioritizing you. Some men just be controlling and self-centered an them the men you need to stay far away from. Be with someone that allows you to be you while loving them.

Us women just need to find that balance .. it’s hard but you eventually learn .. you can still have own peace, hobbies and still be your own person and be in a relationship.
I want to give some genuine feedback in hopes that it doesn’t come off rude or unnecessary! While the conversation was great, I did feel there were parts where domi spoke over you guys in excitement for the topic. which is fine but active listening before responding or letting the thought finish would help w/audio as well as having a couple bullet points on questions yall have or that can lead to the next point would help the overall convo go smoother. ❤️
