The man on the mic calling out the winners is a minister of government in Nevis, I contested an election against him a few years ago.

@AFRICANTIGRESS Yes, in the video, you walked right next to the Pearmant Secretary for Tourism on Nevis at MangoFestival. Also Sundays the streets in town are always empty, but during the week it is completely different. But I am happy you came, Nevis Nice.
