There are "Reactors" and then there are those who are VOCAL COACHES and/or SINGERS (Yazik Reacts, Lucia Sinatra, Rebecca Vocal Athlete (RVA), Beth Roars, Tara Simon Studios, Vocal Lexicon, riVerseLive, Tania Levy- Vocal Studio, etc). Sorry if I missed anybody though I'm pretty sure I watched all reactions combined (more than the original Mori video). Tristan Paredes said things similar to the aforementioned vocal coaches and/or singers. This includes the statement that she's at the level of Whitney Houston which other coaches also said. Most of them may have likened her vocal ability to 90's Mariah Carey, Celine Dion and other legendary female vocalists.

The whistling I'm hearing is around the 1.4-1.6 kHz mark, which also turns out to be in the common area for presence enhancement. (singer's formant, distinct twang, ear canal resonance, lots of cool names...) Could be from her actual voice, or could just be a coincidence. But even then, that kinda makes no sense as a compliment, which I assume that's what you meant to do. I can sing an F5 to ring like that yet the note still sounds like crap compared to how she belts out those highs.
