Can't say I remember any references to the Firebird in the past 2 years. Mind you, I can't remember what I did yesterday... Never been a fan of oil-in-frame. And now I remember why... That's a large amount of gasketed area at the bottom of what is effectively the sump. Fingers crossed. 🤞👍
hi i've used wellseal for years on all my bsa a65s and on my other brit bikes and its never let me down. fingers crossed you've sorted it but if not try wellseal. regards Adrian.

And a second sump plate under the engine too Bill so lots of opportunities for leaks!
