  • * 3 blocks of 5 minutes each.
    * 20 secs work and 20 secs recovery time
    * 2 mins Recovery time between blocks
    * Make sure you apply the right footwork technique, I would not recommend this type of exercises if you first can’t do it with the right technique. Use this video to learn and copy the key things like:
    A) Split step
    B) Big step after split step
    C) Pay attention to do first step technique (after the split step)
    D) Transfer your body weight in every shot
    E) Cross over steps to recover your position
    F) Maintain your core engaged the whole time
    G) Pay attention to non dominant hand (forehand)
    H) Run to the ball with your racket ready
    * Have fun, embrace the hard work and stay focus
    * Fist or “come on” after every set

    On the very last block where you have a hopping step I guess it'd be called , I'm just wondering when you would use that instead of the back leg coming through? Thanks for these videos, they are very useful 👍🏼
