Thanks for another very useful video Gaston. Can't wait to try the exercises and looking forward to what you will treat us to in 2020!

Thanks George! Can't wait for you to try them, they will really help you! A lot coming on 2020. A lot of content ALWAYS thinking in the long term development of a player with real trainings that are going to build and create space to future growth. Never magic tricks to get 20 mph on a serve on one day, that's not real at all!
Thanks for the support and have an amazing New Year! :)

I like your thoughts. It’s the simple things players do behind the scenes that make the difference.

Thanks! Correct.. those hours of work that nobody watches doing things like in this video are the ones that make the difference at the end of the day! :)

Gaston, can you do a video on hitting a flat inside out forehand using a semi western? I’ve been trying to flatten my shot out but I always end up with spin on it which slows it down. I’ve seen Fed do it with his Eastern grip but I haven’t been able to reproduce that with the semi western. Do you know how to do it or if it’s even possible?

@@twinwankel Hey! I will do something like that yes. I play semi western too, it's possible to do it. I think I even have videos on instagram hitting that forehand. Yes, Fed's grip is tough to hit. I can rally and hit with it but for matches or training more serious I go to my semi western! Will do one on that soon! Thanks!

Great video as always Gaston! Could you please do a video about how to do an early unit turn and moving while coiled?
My coach keeps telling me that I’m not doing my unit turn early enough. He tells me that I need to turn first and then move towards the ball but I don’t understand it. Even when I watch you or the pros in slow motion it always feel like you set your feet first before beginning your backswing.

Hey! thanks! I will prob elaborate something on that in the near future. I will be launching a complete forehand course on February during the event "The Forehand Week" that I will be hosting! All that info will be on the course for sure! :)
