lol it's not all nature... Manila is a mega city with 16 cities in one. You'll probably love the metropolis, night life etc. you should have watch something like "Wake up in the Philippines: Philippines Tourism Ads 2020" with a real narrator and not an AI. they go through each places and where the night life is etc

TBH, even though this video doesn't do a decent job of showcasing the culture that is in the Philippines, it does highlight the problem that the country is just insanely beautiful. You can spend an entire year and it's still not enough to take it in.

foreign nationals say that filipinos are a happy people because of all the beauty that surrounds us. i kinda agree because, filipinos love to travel to these spots during holidays and summertime to recharge. airports are located on main cities of the islands, and you transfer to other islands through boats or ferries. on the main island of luzon, you get around by buses.
We travel via small planes and boats. 😅 The islands are so far away from each other. I live 6 hours away from Boracay via land, but I fly to Oslob 😅
Boracay is my province 🥰the best foreign attraction of the phil🇵🇭 You can enjoy your life also in BGC in Manila
Moalboal and oslob (whale sharks)is in Cebu, Aiah from Bini is from Cebu. 😊 and Colet is from Bohol (chocolate hills).

I've been to Cebu Oslob and got to swim with the whale sharks. They cant hurt you their mouths doesn't have teeth only filter like veils they eat small shrimps or krill. The experience is surreal! haha the whale shark is not biting the boat the fisherman are dropping shrimps and krills beside the boat so the whale shark can swim next to the people. I know it is bad to the environment making a wild animal domesticated by feeding them but it is what it is.
We have plenty of trails here as well.
you're trying to look at a country that has 7,000 plus islands, of course you're gonna be bombarded with recommendations that's water related. you don't have to swim in them but a lot of these tours don't require you to. some just let you stay in the boat

Life jackets are provided when or if you go on a boat to do island hoping. They let you jump in the water with your life jacket. Don’t worry! A lot of people go there who don’t know how to swim. 😄 The people there will make sure you are safe while you’re enjoying your vacation.😊🏝🏖

I live near Boracay and yes Boracay has been voted numerous times as one of the best beaches in the world along with El Nido beach ⛱️🏖️ Boracay is part of my province of Aklan.

Between islands, there are lots of choices: outrigger canoes, high-speed passenger ferrys, roll on/roll off vessels -- you can drive your car on and off them. On land we have pedicabs, tricycles, jeepneys, buses, trains. Also motorcycle taxis and private cars for booking using ride-hailing apps. Come visit the Philippines soon! Hi there! Air travel 🧳 thou we have commercial ships mostly it's for cargos. We have 3 main islands and have International airports even smaller islands have airports however if you do island hopping (smaller islands) we do use boats. We also have a highway that connects the main islands together ... And yes we have cars (TRAFFIC IS HORRENDOUS esp on Cities and capital areas) Geographically we aren't very small our land areas are scattered which both have the benefits (diverse languages, cultures and traditions) and the down sides (poverty and etc). The places shown in the videos are tourist destinations and we are known for our beaches and nature. We have a lot more to offer (inland 😅) and some worst we wish does t exist like every place on earth. I'm happy to see you taking interest on our country. You will be welcomed in the Philippines.

@@ReactsbyHans😂😂 NYC traffic is due to number of cars Manila on the other hand aside from number of cars, it's the number of people (it's the most densely populated city is the entire world thus explains the traffic add the humidity it's SUMMER like SUUUUMMMEEER. 😅 but I think you'll enjoy BGC, Makati and Cebu City which is more like your vibe. Cebu caters to both city,beach and nature goers. This is just one of the many reason why we get alot of tourists..and considered one of the best country for retirement. You seemed to be a fun person ❤ I enjoyed your videos! 👏

I disagree with the video you watched, one (1) is for the rankings, two(2) for it all showcased just the beachy places except for Banaue, the mountains and the hikes you can do can also be as spectacular, three(3) is that a "TOP 10 places" could never really work for Phl. for there's really so many beautiful places, and IMO, and I'm sure even for other people, there are places that deserve more to be on the TOP 10, and I'm sure many would disagree (including me), to the place ranked as No. 1.
Unfortunately, there's not a lot of big cities in Phl. for it's a developing country and you may like just 1 or 2 of them, maybe. Though a lot of the younger expats prefer to live in these cities, most other expats, like the retirees, are scattered all around and mostly prefer to live in the smaller or medium sized cities, not far from nature.

If you don't know how to swim, the Philippines will give you a chance to learn and then maybe snorkel, bcuz the country's underwater life is just as amazing as whats' above it. BTW, there are flights between islands too.
