I played my Priest a ton of PVP in Vanilla, I still tothis day wear my Legionnaire title just because it cannot be gotten anymore. The sad part, I was 1 week away of honors to earn high warlord but Blizz patched to remove that type of honor system :( Still I will never forget how fun shadowpriest was back then! Nice Video!! brought back tons of memories!

Absolutely do not get the dislikes. Your music is dope (kitsune) and the spriest content was insane, how you managed mana was nutty lol. What was there to dislike pls tell me?
Do you recommend engineering for pvp or it can deal with it pretty good without it aswell, and pick tailoring?!
I think Spriest is one of the classes that gets the least value from engineering on account of grenades being less useful when you have DoTs rolling 24/7. That being said, the head pieces are still amazing, as are the trinkets. I'm going to play priest myself and my plan is to pick Skinning/Tailoring while leveling, get my healing robes at 60, drop both professions and get mining/engi once I have my epic mount.

Talents used in this vid Kala? Also, what are your thoughts on troll vs. undead after playing the two? Seems like a lot of arguments lately have been pointing towards troll with shadowguard proccing blackout and a spammable MS? I can't bring myself to play troll.

would love to try sp in classic, tho they are so mana dependent and have little active damaging skills like: Shadow Word: Pain+Vampiric Embrace for DoTs and Devouring Plague DoT if you are UD (but cd is too high, like 3 min??) and Mind Blast for active 1,5 cast + Mind Flay for channel. After you cast all few times you are oom. Great class for 1v1, 1v2 maybe but shortly after "Mana Low" :(
Later in game spellpower scaling can become an issue with Mind blast and the cool down compared to other casters. Overall though a very satisfying pvp experience.

This is what some don't get. Vanilla PVP videos are a genre and there are rules. The only thing that is flexible is whether you use metal or electronic music.

Hey Kala, wow you're amazing! I'm a human spriest and have been having a helluva time killing anyone. I always get me arse handed to meh. I can't figure the priest out man! Do you think I can do similarly with a human spriest? I know we don't quite have the sustainability as undead. What're some things I can focus on?

Shadow priest vs warlock in classic? Which will be stronger in what situations? I’m torn between the two.
Well most good raid groups only take 1 sp for raids for VE, usually priests heal raids. So tougher getting into groups to dps. Locks get loot pretty easy being a lack of them and felheart drops like hotcakes. Geared destro lock can almost global people

Masood Voon I almost always shield before mounting. Shield lasts 30s and I regenerate the mana in moments, almost always worth it

Ten minute intro, dagger rogue has like 30 GCD’s on your back because he spams SS (with daggers) and never kicks. Warlock doesn’t re seduce off soul fire or switch to CoS to deal with ur shadow resist. Generally dominating scrubs. Must be a vanilla PvP video lol.
I’m pretty sure you could have roughly 70% crit in that gear on ambush and 55% on backstab. He should have killed you multiple times in that first fight alone. I dunno about lock spriest but I’m assuming you have the advantage at this gear level.
Even in AV you can pillar hump :). Fun video but next time find fights with better players :)
OpiatesAndTits I was on my laptop in Vegas for work and had 4 hours to play AV. I played, these were the clips I used. I don’t choose how my opponents play lmao I don’t understand the comment
People seems to forget that not everyone that enters a BG is a min/maxer that counts all your skill CDs in his head and is prepared to counter every thing you cast until one of you gets a lucky proc of something that turns the super close matchup to an end. Some people ( read 38/40 in a normal AV ) enters just to pwn and few nubbs with less gear than they have and have a little fun.
That rogues best bet was to 4-5 point expose armor as his opener.. EA is good to get through that shield way faster.... Every decent rogue in vanilla always exposed armor after a cheapshot opener vs priests. S priests were way op in vanilla. I had a geared rogue and spriest in blues and I beat people who way outgeared me.
I would have kept spirit tap even if he were 60 and a pvper.. Usually go oom quick as a spriest and spirit tap helps big time.

shadow is such a op no brain spec. true skill is discipline priest with spellpower smite spec. i ve seen one guy being able to kill anything but still healing his teammates a lot.
