Rule #1 is to cut losses quickly! A stop loss is the best tool to protect your trading and mental health.

Just signed up with you recently. No trades under my belt yet. I am so very scared... so I guess that will eventually make trading less scary (based on what I heard tonight). I am so out of my depth here... but I guess that's how it always is when learning something new.
