The problem with the Wolves is that they aren't versatile offensively. They have streaky shooting and next to zero post play. With only one playmaker and a shaky pick and roll offense, it's going to be difficult to sustain consistent offense, particularly in the clutch

Third, when talking about the series, I think it might be better to have McDaniels on Kyrie because I think he could keep up with him, not stop him, but bother him some. Yes, Ant is smaller, but it would be better for him to guard Luka because Luka plays slowly, so Ant wouldn’t have to exert so much energy. As far as the rest of the teams on both sides, the Wolves need to get Kat more involved with the game going forward. With the Mavs and Lively, keep playing him the same way you’ve been playing him because, man, he is so good.

I go back and forth between who I think is better all-time between Dirk and KG. Dirk is the better scorer, one of the greatest of all-time. KG is respectively one of the greatest defenders of all-time. Ik if you go category by category, skill for skill, KG will come out on top. But Dirk being able to win with significantly less in the Western Conference has to mean something. Not only that, what Dirk did to KG when they matched up in 2002 was absolutely filthy. Dirk gave KG 33 and 16 on 53/72/88 splits. That 72% is from 3 on almost 4 attempts btw. Dirk destroyed him.
