It is funny how the requirements for agents he knows well but the timeline, who was covering what, how many agents from what agencies no clue. The standard practice is an excel spreadsheet is created with all parties involved in security coverage, names,location post and phone numbers are listed of all agents and emailed to all participants. The command center leaders have that list too. Anyone leaves post commander center is notified with reason and updates are provided by seconds. All parties have a copy of excel spreadsheet and it is emailed 2 days in advance any revisions updated spreadsheet is send out immediately. This process is so basic. It is an embarrassment. It does not take nine days to determine what went wrong. Crooks investigation might take 30 days but security service process and what went wrong should have been identified by now! Ludicrous.
