This was amazing for my lower back! It's been feeling slightly tight after doing a bit more surfing than I'm used to and after this class, it's totally relaxed. Immense gratitude for your work and all of your wonderful offerings!! Happy New Year to you from San Francisco!
This was amazing. I don't remember the last time I was this focused. There was a "click" sound in my shoulder and now after the practice, it's gone! You are redefing yoga and body movement. Thank you, I hope to have an opportunity to attend your workshop. Namaste from Belgrade, Serbia.
Dear Simon. It's wonderful. the best present for busy mama. Everyone let's hear and practice, it's lovely and wise. You'll feel exelent. Thanks for this !!!
Simon I happened across your page on my Instagram feed. the first time I watched this practice I had hold back tears. I appreciate the nuance of your instruction, and the longevity of your practice. I am interested in learning more about this approach to yoga, are there any recommended students in Boston area?
Thank you for sharing this beautiful video :). I'm a beginner at Monika Lenkefi's yoga synergy course in Hungary. She talked about Simon, her Master, I'm very glad to see him teaching :).
@@yourfabilouscoach if not going into too much detail: whilst practicing Ashtanga you have to gaze into specific direction in every posture/asana, this gaze is called "drishti". Just google primary series . The goal is to calm your mind.. When your eyes are focused in one place, your mind becomes steady and your nervous system becomes stronger. At the end of the practice, even in the midst of it, I start to feel calm with no anxiety.
@robaianrobian, thanks for your comment - I love Ashtanga yoga and studied for many years with Sri K PJ, but some of what is being practised now in the world is not traditional yoga. I am just trying to restore a safer healthier result for all
Thank you Simon for this wonderful esperience ❤
Simply the best, such a gift to see you and practice with you. True magic.
This was amazingly helpful for one's practice and as a practice alone! Thank you from the whole of my spine!

what is the idea of "gaze to your navel" in downdog? The spine has to round fully to do so. Is this the goal? why?
Its Drishti!
